Is he that good Smarm ???.... I have to admit I don't know. I have just looked at his website for the first time ever.

He is def tied in with ADVFN

He list all his trades with profit and loss but unless one does the calculations he has not said what his % gain or loss is overall as that is the important factor.

As for some of his books for sale they can be bought cheaper on Amazon !

I would say he is very good at marketing himself, wonder where the "naked" came from perhaps trying to follow Jamie Olivers success !!!

Bit late to the party anyway if you ask me , he buys at 480p and doubles/trebles his money while those on here quadruple/ten bag :-)

Sorry mate just in so just read your post (and your later one). I don't subscribe just picked it up off his site that is free for all to view.

That's the problem with the likes of RB , TW , etc imo ... quick enough to ramp it but always want to get out (winners and losers) at the best price for themselves.

He gonna be back in these sooner or later imo unless his ego gets the better of him.

p.s. he has nothing to do with ADVFN...they employ him to write for them; ditto Proactive Investors.


Erm excuse me but he is well and trully in bed with ADVFN. You can purchase ADVFN packages through his website and secure a modest discount. Very much a marketing arm I would suggest.

Very heavy handed. But I guess now that he employs you to do seminar work you are keen to protect him.

Further to anyone who "follows" Robbie, given the fact that he infrequently updates his website these days and uses it mainly to promote his regular (expensive) seminars and books it is a big leap of faith to trust his very impressive trading record. Its a point of fact that he needs to maintain that investment record to keep pulling in new punters for his seminars.

Well I presume this is correct but the guy has a lot of gall. He is a well oiled publicity machine and all over the www so I don't think he can have much to complain about if his trades are reported. If he doesn't like it the solution is obvious.

Robbie Burns followers would have got stopped out yesterday at 420p which would have accounted for a lot of the selling as it did the buying when he bought at 480p.

He'll be back before launch as will the sheep.
