04/3/2011 10:04 | I have to say that although I disagree with SC on this one and BPC that a few of his tips have doubled my money , Natwest prefs, EME ect. He is not the only one that uses these boards to ramp/deramp I have along with most on here been ramping for some time, in fact I added at 515p helped by this bear raid. | malcolmmm
04/3/2011 10:03 | Your typing is fast enough Colva :-) Very good point you have made there about AVN. | yorgi
04/3/2011 09:52 | Is that what Bart Simpson means when he says "Eat My Shorts"? John | 2350220
04/3/2011 09:47 | In the market that AVN operate demand will outstrip supply for many years and there is a limit to the number of parking slots and spectrum for sat,s - AVN have plenty of parking slots and spectrum so are well set up for the future. Share price is 539p - I can smell something burning . EDIT. just read back through the last few posts and see that the points have been made by others - i must learn to type faster. | colva
04/3/2011 09:36 | Good point about competition Greengiant, as I said in my last post I'm sure demand is going to outstrip supply and that can only be good for profits in a year or two's time. | yorgi
04/3/2011 09:28 | He falls outside FSA rules for T1ps because he doesn't actually publish it is done through a diarist. As for aliases, how many dampers and pump and dumpers have aliases. We know superg1 was on iii and here. Get real, the guy is welcome to his opinion and I find it reassuring that the downsides he has highlighted has been so emphatically countered by director share purchases. Superg1 - competition does not frighten me, instead it reinforces the company's business model. After all if companies want to launch the demand must be there, after all it is not cheap to get one of these things into the sky. Gg | greengiant
04/3/2011 09:26 | Roast pork for lunch today anyone :-) | yorgi
04/3/2011 09:24 | Anyway moving on we are rising people taking note of facts not fiction. We have Hylas1 up in orbit operating better than planned about to go into service. Hylas2 due to launch next spring fully funded. Contracts being won in what is a huge market and I'm quite sure where demand will outstrip supply for some time to come. Several brokers have clearly made the case for why AVN is a buy as have several tipsters and newspapers. Happy to hold and pleased I added recently. | yorgi
04/3/2011 09:21 | More nonsense | restassured
04/3/2011 09:20 | Oh dear I don't know the capabilities of each Sat but look at this, loads of competition it seems. Perhaps this is what SC looks at | superg1
04/3/2011 09:17 | from the t1ps site. The tips given here are of necessity, general. They cannot relate to the individual circumstances of investors. Anyone considering following the recommendations contained here should seek independent advice from a Financial Services Authority authorised Stockbroker or Financial Adviser. So, while we would not wish to reduce our liability under the FSA regulatory regime, we cannot otherwise be held liable if individuals suffer losses through following tips contained on this site. The value of investments can go down as well as up. The past is not necessarily a guide to future performance. | colva
04/3/2011 09:17 | Greengiant, The way I see it as he is employed by t1ps then that brings him under the rules/law administered by the FSA. If and I do say if (but believe to be the case) he is continuing to publish, by way of a BB then that is surely illegal so I would agree with Restassured. | yorgi
04/3/2011 09:15 | Good rise today but keep an eye on the competition. Eutel already feature but now these too. I don't know how many more are wanting to put KA sats up | superg1
04/3/2011 09:15 | Is that burning ex-accounant I smell? | johnrxx99
04/3/2011 09:10 | i concur j. | jonnyno1
04/3/2011 09:09 | It is very wrong. | restassured
04/3/2011 09:09 | Restassured - What exactly has he done wrong? Give it a rest. Gg | greengiant
04/3/2011 09:07 | The guy has done nothing wrong, just as you can give details of why you should buy a share, he can give details of why to sell a share. He is not telling you to do so, merely pointing out why HE has sold short. Get overly, he has his reasons for selling and you have yours for buying. Gg | greengiant
04/3/2011 09:04 | More than that given his track record,it is clear he is not fit for purpose. Should individuals with such a shady part be allowed anywhere near the stockmarket? The FSA must do its job and urgently investigate Simon Cawkwell. | restassured
04/3/2011 09:03 | The fact he comes under the "t1ps umbrella" then I would have thought it does come into the remit of the FSA. I agree with Restassured on it. | yorgi
04/3/2011 09:00 | rest oh dear | colva
04/3/2011 08:58 | Presumably you have contacted them? Would be interested in their reply re SC. More likely they will look into t1ps role in this. | argy2 |
