FTSE 100 stock in the making imo...

"During the next financial year, subject to prevailing market and trading conditions at the time, Avanti intends to make an application to the FSA for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Main Market. The Company then intends to initiate a progressive dividend policy when profits are available."

SS - I see the highs are getting lower as are the blooming lows.

The measures mentioned in that little item might improve S & R mission outcomes.

I don't think one can be sure it is going to fall back much and give those hoping to buy at a better bargin. I'm still impatiently waiting for funds to come through so I can add....would add at this price and happily more if it dropped back further. Another RNS with a contract or two signed and I think we will be heading off towards 700p pretty sharp and I'm sure as we near launch date and with publicity we will move on up also.

A 66% retractment of the recent rise is not impossible rafieh , will have a few more myself on the turn if it happens.

I took profits at 533 and am hoping to get back in just below 580. If you look at previous rises on the chart, you may agree that such a consolidation would no be totally impossible.

Euroconsult's Greg Peckover says the next 12-24 months will likely show the real viability of broadband, with a half dozen new spacecraft, including the industry's first giant 100-Gbps.-class Ka-band Internet satellites, scheduled for launch. Executives remark that several potential blockbuster applications have appeared that were initially not on the broadband radar screen, notably the use of satellites for cellular telephone backhaul. Euroconsult thinks the O3b broadband constellation-a Google-backed initiative to bring high-speed Internet to remote areas of the developing world-could prove a "potential game changer" for cellular backhaul when it begins deployment in 2013.

The Paris-based consulting company predicts that as many as 60 new spacecraft with some Ka-band capacity could be in orbit by 2013. "[And] capacity now planned is dwarfed by actual demand," says David Williams, head of U.K.-based Avanti Communications, which will launch its first broadband spacecraft at year-end. "There's room out there for a lot more satellite orders."

Yes in fact a good couple of weeks lets hope the price firms up next week and possibly approaches £7.

I am on hols next week but will be keeping an eye on progress.
