Glad I kept the faith and averaged down - now in profit again but won't be selling. Looking forwards to H2 launch, listing and maiden profits.

After a few false dawns looks like a genuine breakout here, bought in this morning after selling at 720p, the share price has been spoilt by shorters who don't or do not want to understand the technology or potential, short term target 450p

I'll put something on the other board in the morning when I've had time to look at my graphs and charts and seen how the markets open but this has been a very good day for AVN.

And 'respect' to yorgi for sticking to his 'finish above 340p' coz it has, so now let's see if it holds and does go all the way to 400p in short order.

Well this has to be one of the best Avanti days for a long time, after all the heartache I / we've had.
Certainly does seem to have some momentum behind it now.

Onwards and upwards . . . and not just the satellite.

not sure which comments you consider to be silly, rogk

however £4 is in my view undemanding and a return to sanity rather than optimistic

£6 is my target for a main market listing next year (hopefully in H1)

Hylas 2 launch failure is a small possibility. Once the kit is up and working that risk is removed. If it fails income will be delayed even though insurance will cover the launch failure.
Remove the risk of launch failure and the share price should respond to the reduced risk. Maybe not by a great deal but at least to some extent.
The company will announce profits at some stage. If you think it wont try going short. Personally I prefer to stay long

Yes revenue from Hylas 1 is important and that is what we all await confirmation of. The successful launch of Hylas 2 is also very important as it will open us up to a much wider customer base with potential for even greater revenues.

Hylas 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 etc etc is irrelavent until such time the company annouces maiden profits and hits broker targets.

Morning yorgi....just been threatened with the sack again so need these to come good!! GKp are up too which is nice considering where they were....my small portfollio is looking a little healthier. right back to work.
lets hope for that close above 350..

I'm seeing a pattern here....
1) Buy at/sub £3
2) now rising towards launch of Hylas 2
3) Sell/short at £5/6 on H2 launch
4) Buy back at £3
5) Wait for launch of H3
6) Repeat.
