Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator, was informed on 12 May 2011, by John Brackenbury, Chairman, and Alan Foster, non-executive director that on the same day they had exercised 31,432 and 7,500 share options respectively at 1 p per ordinary share.

I think it should read - of 1p per ordinary share - not at 1p per ordinary share - there,s no way that 1p could be the exercise price.

I will look it up. But from memory the details of the site delay were well knwon 3 months before AVN announced it.

They seem to be announcing some contract wins on there website now rather than as RNS

You have stated that AVN have been economical with the truth - claiming that they knew of the H1 launch delay ( with Soyuz ) 3 months before they informed the market .
