02/7/2009 10:32 | Paulie, they MUST give every adsl share holder the same stock (per adsl share) irespective of whether they voted or not. You own(ed) adsl and they bought it for their stock. I have talked to tdw and they have no idea when we will get stock and where it will be traded, but they are cr*p anyway. Note yaraman have also bought another vinyard subsequent to buying adsl. also the faield drinks america deal probably delayed things. end of June was their year end, so I would expect things to move a little quicker now. (hope). I will try to ring the company in the US when they open up, but to complicate matters many US companies take a long break around 4th July. | johnspain
02/7/2009 09:53 | i would have the non responding one then as i could not vote, so i have common stock | paulie1
02/7/2009 09:00 | OK, found some information check out ->http://yahoo.brand there's loads, but a key bit is below. looks to me like the shares have been issued to 'us' maybe someone else can talk to their broker as well. On January 19, 2009 the acquisition of ADSL by the Company was approved by a majority of the stockholders of ADSL. As of May 1, 2009 over 96% of the ADSL stockholders have accepted the Offer. Company management has been advised by legal counsel, as ADSL is a Cayman Islands company and pursuant to Cayman Islands law, the Company can force the non-accepting ADSL shareholders to accept the offer. Subsequent to February 23, 2009 ADSL ceased trading on the AIM. On June 5, 2009 the Company completed the acquisition of ADSL and issued 49,106,738 shares of common stock and 381,600 shares of Preferred Series A shares (which are convertible into 10 shares of common stock) to ADSL shareholders. The remaining 2,036,575 common shares to be issued relate to non responding ADSL shareholders. | johnspain
01/7/2009 16:36 | Yes TDW do it. Paulie, As said before we have all been there. I took a massive massive hit a few years ago. ONE HELL OF A LESSON. As for this one will come round in good time but have a tiny investment here. In fact keep forgetting about it lol Chin up and good luck. | love it
01/7/2009 16:03 | paulie, I guess you will have to transfer them into a diferent broker acount. I have very little experience of otc listed stock, but can be pretty sure you will need to fill in some US gov. paperwork as I did with tdw and I expect BOTH brokers will charge you for the privaledge. good luck. | johnspain
