whites123 - the problem is they are hard facts already known to all of us.

my words are for advice only but obviously feel free to do what you want,

i would be happy to be proved incorrect regarding nasdaq listing but YRMN

have to pay i think 1 million + for this...they don't give it to you for free,

and as there is no confirmation of a listing anywhere...at the moment the present

situation indicates you can't sell YRMN shares....things could change your right,

but then again things might not change and your stuck with 20,000 shares you can't sell.

Note the similarities. Also note that an equity raising at half the deal price was planned post acquisition.....

It's a good opportunity if you can trade your new stock. But if Yarraman don't get a more liquid listing, you are stuck...

All proclaiming to know whats what.

At this price, certainly not worth sticking your life savings in, but if you have a few grand spare then well worth a punt.

After all, thats all the whole markets are... A Punt..

thats what i dont understand..the directors would not recommend if they could not sell, the likely hood is then they will not recommend and that be it...to say its a good idea and then not able to sell shares are laughable

Directors have large holdings if they say yes knowing they could not sell there shares. Hmm I think not.

and there is no mention of a relisting.

Not just aimed at you, but lots of others - READ THEIR announcements from APRIL onwards the score with YRMN and their trading ie PENDING getting relisted. Theres info from the summer of what was going to be proposed, how and when and various info since making the proposals fact ect ect.

i think your presuming too much. no offence but it costs money to up your listing
to Nasdaq and they're not exactly swimming in cash...and there is no knowledge
of any RNS coming so you waiting and hoping.

i awaiting the RNS to confirm that they are going to be tradeable...surely thats what people will wait for.TRuth be known i agree not sure YRMN and the fact they dont trade but surely people must realise that..buy on rumour and all that i was hoping..to be honest i had written this off as a mistake but holding now to see what happens

what market YRMN are on, how many trades have happened on this market in the
last 6 months. i think one. if you can get me a bid price then i would be happy to buy and hold these, YRMN by the looks of it have no money, hence the offer.

better off speaking to Montigue Pitman who have been buying stacks of these for customers. It would appear they'll easily get 75% as chairman/directors own loads. I've no funds with MP so can't buy although they've asked me a few times and to be fair seem to know the co inside out. Apparently the co will be nasdaq listed within 3 months, not sure why a few are here trying to talk this down as they appear to know jack s about what is really going on. I've a few quid in my Selftrade acc so may have a few before friday as i'm happy to tuck a few quid away while it gets taken out and re-listed. A bargain but don't let the 2 (imo) dodgiest MMs make you pay over.

To be honest I thought it would go further today once the overhang was cleared.....

as it didnt i sold and bought a few more UEN....

however - should UEN go off again tomorrow as it did today, then I may well repeat the exercise in here.

shares you cannot sell forever..dont think so otherwise how can they recommend it...you mean shares you canot sell for 6 mths
