My paperwork says that they will announce pre 18th if the % is reached. Makes sense to me.


Anyway not long either way.


Without the listing matter sorted no one will want to sit on paper shares that they can not do anything with. I would be interested to see what the management and the large holders think of the deal. If they see it as good then I would have thought that they are sure eventually they will be able to sell at a profit. Its this application that gets my interest. without that my guess is the offer will be declined. You have to remember that people like me who mossed out on the vote like me automatically voted no. Must be a lot of small holders that thought voting was a waste of time, they all add up to a large % no vote.

I am keeping an open mind on this. No vote comes through then up we go. Yes vote means that the management and large holders think it is a good deal and also think the listing will make it. When it does seems to be free money and a yes vote might bring out buyers.


Who the hell knows just a gamble for me. No way selling at this price.

In the present time for adsl now languishing at its 6p its not unuseuall for this share price to head lower as hedge funds traders and mms have put this stock out of favour 3p may be set to arrive and possibly lower

they will not announce until after the 18th ( I dont think they are allowed to), irrespective on when they get the necessary votes.

so rns on the 19th (Friday) then.

may be an interesting overnight trade thurs to be made if the share price stays around here...

There must be massive holders in this share that they alone will influence if the offer is approved. My paperwork says that if the needed % is reached before the 18th they would announce it. I take from that they have yet not reached it. The big holders may reject the offer given the difficulty foreseen selling the shares without the nasdaq listing. Maybe very good for the share price if they do. The management have said little so far is it a good deal for them?

Could some one please expand on that application.

WINS the mm that took the 190k sell at 5p still has that stock to sell need volume to clear that.

instructions relating to accepting the takeover were due last friday i think, so I would expect a rns to say what %-age approved.

75% and the deal is binding....personally I am looking for news on the nasdaq application for YRMN - as these are the shares people would need to sell to realise any gains...

it will be interesting to see when they release the result of how many approved the deal.

that may see a big spike in the share price should that be 75%+.......

it would be good to see this accompanied with a statement saying how progress is going with the Nasdaq listing for YRMN...

I decided not to vote for adsl as it as been purposely highlighted of a broker that delays are to be prolonged for 6 months that is why it as been sold of to new low yesterday with more drastic action

Just got my TDW corporate action notice. Says I have to vote by the 10th lol

If you don't vote you automatically say no to it. Bases the offer at 52.9p per share. If you have accepted the offer you can not sell your shares till the deal is done so no trading. I also cleared up the point that if you do not vote what ever the outcome is you will automatically get the US shares into your account.

What the hell bought them on a T trade but will be buying them. Does seem to good to be true though. Have to say no expert on this in for the gamble only.

As for the drop WINS took the 190k sell and they dropped the price to sell them on at a profit.

No games ben played here with adsl traders are aware that while any progress is expected this will be at the 6p level or below for a very long time not popular and will remain so for 6 months

Not sure what to make of the deal on offer here, especially as several aspects of this deal sound similar to Yarraman's previous attempt on Evans & Tate...

Well the price is less than 10% of what it's apperently worth so
you might as well hold and see what happens.

Reading the recent trading both business's seem to be doing fine
so maybe in time you will get the windfall, no point in selling
now, somebody did but that was £10,000 worth and you can do a lot
with £10k, but my little punt at 19p is worth a night out now so
lets leave it and hope for the best.

ps...a night out down my local on happy hour without buying a round
and a take away curry :-))

It is suprising that they havent sought to get the listing complete before the offer period ends.....so that the new shares are immediately tradable.

If as was suggested on this BB that a listing is successful for the new shares and an announcement came out about it, then imagine how these would fly. At this price this has to be a punt incase this happens. Can't imagine the directors are too happy with the shares trading at this price.
Just a theory?

Todays ADSL price performance represents the very reason why people should not be trading on credit.

Well it has caught me out, but I had a lucky escape since my friend could not buy some, due to that he had a lot of cancels this week in his mobile phone insurance job. If he had of bought them, then I be very embarassed and he probarly be wanting some compensation from me.

Well i wasnt going to sell at 23p so i wont be selling at 5p.

Yeah i'll have some money tied up in what seems a thriving business
for maybe a while but i could have money tied up in a quoted share
going nowhere but down for 6 months-1 year as well, is there a
difference in this market ?

vgas - update to come with delays to be announced to some operations.

think you may have seen the rise there, although rumour of large forced seller could give lift to 150p short term.

problem is only 1k NMS - slightly goes against the "MM have stock to give away".
