Update on website yesterday....second merger has been called off, bet the offer was to low (couldnt see in the end how it would work as Global Americas shares are trading too low and the market cap of the company was tiny, they would have had to issue an enormous amount of shares). Still good that American players are chasing, so may well be further offers in the future.....at least there was no effect on the SP!!!!

I was very bitter about having to pay double the year low, just because I could not find the money in time. Sounds a good thing I did buy for 10p.

We still get the same number of shares who in turn maybe bought out. Given the dollar pound exchange all should do well. I hope?

Plus side is at least we can sell in a liquid stock if they do get taken out otherwise we would be holding for yonks.

Greatfind barnetpeter thanks, as we had heard nothing I was begining to think I`d thrown my money into the abyss. Still concerns me a little that my online dealing service doesnt list any holdings(disappeared at time of delist), so if anyone gets any kind of emails or comms on this deal, can someone post here saying so, no need for detail just something like "recieved corporate actions" ect.

Drinks America are trading at 18 cents a share....they are going to have to issue a hell of a lot of shares to us to make this deal worthwile to ADSL shareholders!

Having received more than 90 per cent. of more in value of the ADSL Shares, YRMN
will exercise its right pursuant to Section 88 of the Companies Law (2007
Revision) of the Cayman Islands ("Section 88"), to acquire compulsorily any
remaining ADSL Shares in respect of which acceptances have not then been
received, on the same terms as the Offer.

That is very true. The big problem with these was the prospect of trying to sell the new stock so hope we get a good price.

Jason - who knows? No price has been given for the bid.I would be happy with $1 per share. It could be 0.5 cents per share for all we know. When a company is not quoted, the directors can do as they wish - almost.
