still need some answers to my question...YRMN will take these over but YRMN are
listed on the pink sheets 'GREY' market meaning it's very hard to get a quote
to sell, if your lucky. There is no official RNS with reference to moving to a nasdaq listing just rumour, those not in the know
you could be holding YRMN shares no one wants - hence why the price
is 12p and not close to 50p

personally if your holding from higher i would sell otherwise you'll have

no market to sell in....

just come off the phone to nomad.

friday at 1pm is deadline for acceptance...seem reasonably confident they will get the 75% required, but wont know until then.

not aware of any forced sellers to drive price down, did mention the light volume so didnt appear to be sales driven..

apart from that, not able to say much more to be honest - not aprty to any YRMN listing knowledge re. progress - no advisers to them.

No stock either way SB so it will move on almost every trade.

9768 sale did well, they paid 7.1p not so long ago, good profit
on such a small outlay.

a good update re YRMN's application to the Nasdaq and these will fly to 45-50p.....

shares on one exchange for shares on another...no problem there.

Bought a few at 8.5p this morning. Will take my chance. Even so, do not be suprised to see it down tomorrow by as much so dont chase it imo.

Well no buyers now at this price. To many in profit and those who paid 10p or more are now locked in.

11p odd now is a terrible price to pay, considering they where just 6.3p to buy 2 days ago.

The 52.9p shares are worthless since they can not be traded. The only hope is a vote against the offer.

To be fair there is very little stock both ways SB, the 5k was
a sale and wins went back, they will match up any trade they
can for a profit.

Spoke to EVO the mm for this stock, wud only let me trade T+5 so looks like next week we will know what kind of price we can get.
