actually, if the deal does not go thorugh there could be quite a bounce as those who have sold because of the "unable to trade" reasons will buy back based on a general valuation of the companys prospects....

highlights the merit of a cash offer vs. a paper offer....

What is the point in selling though. If the deal does not go through the share should go up. If it does we have to wait and see why so many voted for it.

seems very odd, can only guess that it is pi's who dont want to hold & wait who are selling - when I spoke to the Nomad last week he mentioned that none of the funds are having to sell to avoid holding private company stock.....

Should know tomorrow re the vote. I do fel that we would have known by now if they had enough votes. If the listing is not sorted I hope it is rejected to tell you the true. The company is doing well and it may do some real good for the share price.
