Article seems to say that for all the small caps with debt , beware winter is coming.....

I would rather we just got rid of AHT debt.....

Good day ian

It's operating in a 1850-1900 range. I can't help but think it's being day traded.

"In the meantime gaps? Too many to mention.. is there such a thing as a stale gap?"
==================================================================================

The upside gaps are filled apart from todays. The downside gaps remain unfilled but I would not refer to them as 'stale'. They remain common gaps until the share price breaks above 1900 preferably with a good slug of volume.

It's only 6.5 p a share and the possibility is that the share price will drop by a similar amount. Take the money and run.

Congratulations on your profit, but did you miss out on the dividend - AHT goes ex-div tomorrow?

Sold out before the close.
£3 a share gain over a few weeks, good luck to those holding.

Whether it will stay priced in is another matter. It depends on the final Brexit outcome.

AHT following the DOW.

I guess it's all so well telegraphed that it's priced in. Even Aviva had a very good day...

Good day uppompeii

Indeed it is. Perverse but the market can 'reason it'........for now.

It's not the first time the market has reacted to news/event totally opposite to that expected.

It illustrates the risk of front running news in anticipation to the market reaction. I learned that lesson many years ago.

Closed at a new recent high, 1908p (+13p), with substantial volume around 2.9 mill, after a sticky start, an encouraging performance today IMHO.

Good day fenners

I totally agree. They are democratic only when it suits them. They sicken me!!

Turned Bloomberg off this morning - the whole day listening to anti-democratic politicians saying that since 300 of them do not want any Brexit deal then 17m people must be wrong winds me up.

25 comes after 20!Read an article on the Hargreaves Landsdown website which was on probabilities and opinion polls etc. What struck me was the chances of a no deal tomorrow and leave vote in July 2016 were the same - and we all know what happened!.

But what about £25?

Another gap this morning.

EDIT

If as seems likely 'The Deal' vote is lost tomorrow the £ is likely to plunge. A low £ against the $ should be positive for the share price so the probability is for a spike at least.
