I wonder what the value of the company should now be with an order book of £200 million even 50% of it should be substantially more than present market cap.

Yes excellent work by the board no dilution for shareholders well done the management. I have been a shareholder for some time now and was starting to wonder if this day would ever come.

What great news for all shareholders! Housing alone worth £8m against mcap of £5.7m and that excludes their Health and Modular businesses. No dilution and cash injection - well done Antony and the Board.

I still hold.

You asked me not to talk about daily price movements and if mm's were long or short
of stock so I stopped posting microscope.

Short term frustrating, but long term buying opportunity imho. Given I moved my position from overweight to obese recently, will just be patient! Funding news would be good. Think most of the traders have gone now thankfully, but always produce a drag on the price for a while as the last dregs of them are flushed out.
Apparently we got on the dreaded advn traders thread a few weeks ago....

Price drifting down a little on small sellers who may miss out on the big action in 2018!

I am hoping we will get another update before Christmas as in the last announcement they said they were "targeting financial close on two housing schemes in the next few weeks". Interested to know more details and would be excited to hear the prospect they have got of closing more deals before the companies year end in April 2018.

Patience needed as ever. Tend to agree that 2018 should be pivotal for the company. There is so much potential if they get their pipeline unlocked and funding secured. For those that have held so long already, I think there is another 6-12m before patience rewarded. Of course its still high risk as their funding position is very tight. On balance though I think the upward opportunity is better than the downside risk at this point. That being said, I'm a hold rather than a buy.

Momentum might be building for the business, but not so for the share price. :)
Retracing somewhat. People probably getting impatient. Thinking of adding (soon).

HOT OF THE PRESS!!

Five suppliers of modular buildings have been selected by the Football Foundation for a framework worth £150m to supply changing rooms.

The modular supplier framework for changing room buildings has been procured by the Football Foundation and its partners, including the English Sports Council and the Football Association.

The chosen companies are:

Ashley House PLC

(in partnership with UK Energy Partners)

Extraspace Solutions (UK)
Integra Buildings
Portakabin
Western Building Systems.

The suppliers are expected to design, manufacture, supply and install modular buildings as well as carry out other required construction works in connection with the provision of the facility.

The Football Foundation is the UK’s largest sports’ charity. Funded by the Premier League, The Football Association and the government, the Foundation directs £30m every year into grassroots sport.

Looking forward to more details on the two housing schemes that Ashley House is targeting financial close in the next few weeks. If they can close these two schemes it will be a tangible sign that they are starting to unlock their large pipeline.

"Ashley House is targeting financial close on two housing schemes in the next few weeks. One is a traditional build and the other is modular, to be constructed through its subsidiary F1 Modular. The Company looks forward to these commencing build phase in the early New Year."

Agreed a useful watch. Update on financing probably not discussed as commercially sensitive with likelihood of imminent placing or other fund raise. I hold.

Thanks Gf, a really informative interview that gives a nice grasp on the company. I'll add to header. Would have been nice to have more on financing arrangements but that apart very decent

I don't see a problem with needing money for working capital for growth when there are orders and the business model works.

Bit different from all those techs. needing money to just keep going, or to 'invest in product development' when they've previously boasted about having a product that is the dogs whatsits !
