A load of buyers were certainly happy to get in on the dip by the looks of things.

Hope so, it normally moves on any buying without a seller so we'll find out on the next couple of trades if buys.

The bare trade data suggests should be higher as you guys suggest. Might be worth checking tonight/Monday for delayed trades either way

Whoever sold 50k at 9p needs shooting it's been 9.88p bid for size for ages and the mm who sold stock at 10.45p has bought back for 9p massive profit

Is there a big sell order.
Or is the mm just dropping the bid, knowing
loads of dopey private investors have stop losses
in place.
I say that because the trades we are seeing are fairly
small parcels.

Admenta (I think the old Lloyds Pharmacy) were selling earlier in the year, and still had 7%+ i think - all from memory. My guess is they are at it again.

Blimey now the mm is taking out other mm at 9.5p bid, this was looking solid last 2 days but one mm has a massive sell order here and is pushing down the price to try and fill it

Shake of the month award !

Almost 100% buying, the 10.5p offer has been peppered with buys for 2 days.

1 x 20k sale at 9.88p and the mm drops offer to 10p

come on :-))

Wonder who is feeding the market makers today. This would be away and gone if there was no seller.

I bought back in recently around 9.2p

Good spot NC. given the cash payments dovetail with financial close, we should see a bumper cash performance too.

Completely agree.

Bizarre that the share price trades below the level it was at before the Morgan Sindall JV was announced when the risk reward profile was completely different.

Yep nothing is certain.Equally I am keen to see them secure the modular hotel project in Yorkshire as hot only will it be great publicity but it's a big scheme and will keep F1 busy for FY20.Without question in my mind the business has not been this well placed for a long time and this is not reflected in the valuation.

Thanks Norbert.

Would be good to get the two Leicester schemes to financial close before 30 June too.

If they can get the pipeline moving faster they have shown they can win the projects, so a profitability step change is possible that could result in the price multi-bagging. If they are finally successful I think 18p could be exceeded in short order (this sentence does start with quite a big IF!).

All depends on the pipeline conversion speed. Once you have enough projects to cover basic running costs any additional pipeline conversion is much more profitable.

hxxps://www.housinglin.org.uk/News/Hampshire-CC-starts-work-on-5-new-extra-care-schemes/

Exciting news that not only has the Romsey scheme started on site implying Financial Close must have been acheived but there is also news of a new big scheme in Havant.

Based on the approx 10 schemes either on site, at FC or recently completed (Scarborough) and taking into account sales from F1 schemes such as the schools and Modular 500 type projects (kiosks for Pirelli, Greggs etc), I think the Group has smashed FY19 forecasts with FY20 already looking really positive with a lot of these schemes spanning into FY20 and new ones lined up for FC such as the 4 in Leeds plus Gosport, New Milton and the 2 in Leicester etc.

Assuming up to 2.9 EPS for FY 20 and using even a 6 x multiple gives a valuation of around 18p - twice the current share price

I have been buying as you would imagine. :)
