15/5/2019 13:02 | Further signs of the future expansion of modular construction. | scburbs
10/5/2019 06:46 | Barratt targeting 20% MMC by 2020. L&G putting substantial institutional funding into retirement sector including extra care. | scburbs
09/5/2019 22:38 | Agreed Spurs. I've always maintained the only real problem here imho is the time it takes to close the deals. They refer to that in the last paragraph. Business seems to be fine, new contracts are being won. Just a question of being patient I think! | microscope
09/5/2019 16:01 | progressing , should see it back to 14p with any good news in July | spursspurs
18/4/2019 12:49 | Thanks Norbert Colon. Good to see Partnering Health Limited becoming profitable. There is also £525k of loan repayments that ASH was expecting to get by 30 April 2019 and they started a new business line in January 2019. | scburbs
17/4/2019 14:34 | Good to see some interest again I think the share price became becalmed because people were worried the recent seller could still be creating an overhang. if they don't resurface in the next few days it would be a very positive sign I think, though some newsflow would also help! | microscope
17/4/2019 14:22 | The other interesting angle with ASH is their 33% shareholding in Partnering Health Ltd phlgroup.co.uk Established in 2008 as a way of further serving their healthcare client base, this £12m sales business make a 40% GM and made a maiden profit in 2018. It will contribute to ASH's profit line from 2019 onwards. Worth £2m of current £5.2m mcap alone | norbert colon
17/4/2019 09:26 | Thanks scburbs a good find. I've been adding over recent trading sessions as the price had found a floor and I'm still positive on the Group. Also hoping to hear news soon on their modular hotel scheme in Yorkshire which is another great scheme and will keep F1 Modular busy for a while. | norbert colon
17/4/2019 08:55 | Isle of Wight development starting with Funding Affordable Homes. | scburbs
17/4/2019 08:54 | Romsey £11.2m development set to start next month. | scburbs
17/4/2019 08:52 | Here is the go ahead for 2 in Leicester costing £22m. | scburbs
17/4/2019 08:52 | Looking worth a further punt at this level as activity in last couple of months looks like real progress on reaching financial close on the near term pipeline (c.£60m GDV). Here is a reminder of the near term pipeline. “Morgan Ashley's most advanced extra care schemes include two developments in Leicester which will provide 155 extra care apartments over two sites; a 54 apartment scheme in Romsey, Hampshire and a 65 apartment scheme in Freshwater, Isle of Wight.” | scburbs
22/3/2019 09:48 | Some press commentary re: Aberdare scheme:https://www.w | norbert colon
25/2/2019 13:56 | MSI expect another loss in 2019. MSI Loss in 2018 : "Loss in period due to delays in scheme completions" "Expect business to be more significant in the medium term" Sounds similar to the recent Ashley House message | dibs61
21/2/2019 16:52 | Yes some mention of delays to projects under the JV as we are aware | norbert colon
21/2/2019 16:43 | Not had chance to have a look yet but was there anything in Morgan sindall's results today of relevance to ASH? | rp19

18/2/2019 12:49 | 1m sell a huge one for this to absorb but explains why MMs were happy to sell larger volume of stock all at around 9.3 At first I thought it might be Mrs Moy but maybe it was Admenta? | dibs61
15/2/2019 15:21 | Although the fall looks overdone to me, nevertheless if Admenta (is that the old Lloyds Pharmacy?) have still over 7% of potential overhang, it could take a fair time to clear. Encouraging though that Lawshare have added. Last position I can see was that they had 8.65 million, so if that's right they've added to their position. I still think the most likely outcome at some stage is that MS will take the company over, and with schemes awaiting closure as well as the growth in the other parts of the business, this looks to me a really good entry point. It might be that Admenta will continue to unwind though and if so, then it might get slightly cheaper first. | microscope
15/2/2019 14:57 | even more interesting rns | dave4545
15/2/2019 14:40 | Interesting trades today 100k at 9.5p premium surprised they let others get cheaper after that. | dave4545
15/2/2019 09:04 | This has fallen a lot further than I was expecting. Having got out on the late 2017 spike after holding for many many years, I am back in. The potential has always been there, sadly it has always remained just out of reach. Jam tomorrow anyone? I should definitely know better, but can afford one like this in my portfolio. | scburbs
05/2/2019 16:32 | True. Back to the old-fashioned buy a share and just check it at each results time, as we used to do before the internet. | yump |
