Yes there is also some project news awaiting such as financial close on at least one scheme and news of the hotel project in Yorkshire so perhaps investors may hear something on this before, or as part of, the upcoming interims.

Interims and perhaps a Trading Update likely by end of January which will make interesting reading wrt how F1 modular are performing and financial close on the scheme in Yorkshire etc.The Morgan Ashley JV should be well bedded in now so I am looking for signs that the pipeline is growing with MS input as anticipated and also what schemes we can look forward to seeing closed over the next 12 month.WHI still have a 23p price target.

Totally agreed yump. Should be no impact from Brexit. Change of current govt policy highly favourable. A Labour govt would be even more positive with the reliance on public sector. I see this as a good each way bet with good fundamentals, a positive outlook. It’s basically a govt backed yield

Good grief the share price moved ! and in the right direction.

Unless I've deluded myself, its the only share I've got that is a raging buy based on its apparent rating. Everything else is waiting for something to happen to confirm they're on the right track, because the last lot of results are neither here nor there.

Despite a £21.69k sell and a few others Last week I can still sell in quantity @ 12.05p this morning. Another order being filled? Can’t help feeling this is a fantastic chance to get in and/or top up here.

We know that Morgan Ashley is pushing forward and F1 Modular seems to be doing very well now - and turning a profit this financial year.

If you look at EPS, PE, whatever metric you use this looks cheap..

Yes, time for an 'exciting development' soon I think - might be enough to just be one scheme as they have quite high values.

I am convinced there's real value in the current share price so I topped up this afternoon @ 12.3p.

Also I'm reminded they released a trading update back in May re end year results. As far as I can see its the first time they have done so. Is this a new policy? In which case I wonder if they will release a trading update for the half year just closed?

Sentiment in the market must be bad as there seems to be no reaction at all to the budget, which was in various ways helpful to infrastructure / housing /associations etc. I have stocks in both sectors which haven't moved at all. Probably means its time to buy more, but do I feel lucky...?

I think if anyone was going to go to cash, now is too late. When the Dow flew up after Trump's victory was a good time to sell a pile of shares, then wait.

With the markets as they are, it appears holders here are holding, probably because there are still investors (so I'm told) who are looking for growth over several years !

For them the only trend to watch out for is when ratings catch up with growth and shares don't hit new highs each year. Although selling out of them is risky - some spend a long time going sideways.

I have held before and made money but sold too soon. But it's illiquid and difficult to get your money out if you need it quickly. It's a hold at best in current market conditions.

Still looks like in an uptrend to me. Depends which chart you use, I always use the 3 year.

Large initial 90 apartment scheme and the prospect of 3 or 4 further schemes in Lincolnshire. Very encouraging.

My understanding is that pipeline schemes dont necessarily have Planning permission.

Presumably that's new and not from the ASH pipeline, as planning not granted yet, or does the pipeline include schemes that don't have planning permission ? I can't remember.
