Yup, looks very interesting indeed. sub £10m market cap, leverage reducing, cash on the up, profit improvements looking good and political risk looks much reduced IMO? DYOR but will also look for some broker comments....

I think these results are a powerful memorial to Mr Moy. He stepped into the breech when things were very tricky for the company and helped to turn it around. As a long time investor in ASH I feel we are now on the way to fulfilling the hopes of the founders despite the best efforts of governments to hamper the progress of this visionary company.

Results out - the significance of last week's announcement on extracare had passed me by within the headlines of Govt backing luxury developments. Business now profitable, cash generative and balance sheet looking pretty healthy, albeit that I'd expect some working capital strain. PER of 4.8 or under 4x now looks a screaming buy. Next stage is resumption of dividends.

Sad news and thoughts to all at Ashley House, especially family. Maybe recent 130k+ trades and Mrs Moy's earlier trades were in some way related because they had an idea what was coming.

Not that it matters on a day like this. :(

In 2016 they were released mid July.

Results were just very late last year so shouldn't be used as a benchmark. April YE should mean results in July or Aug at latest for a small company.

Be delighted if we could get results out of the way this month, just seems strange to be such a lot earlier than last year! A quick look through recent trade data, and has anyone any thoughts on several trades in the 130-140k (shares) area?

Yes apologies you are correct - more haste less speed next time ! Indeed I am looking forward to an update on all fronts but the Morgan Sindall JV will be of significant interest.

Quite a shame results are due NC, the momentum the shares have got at the moment could see them break out. We do not need pesky results to spoil that :-))

It's not far off a 4 year+ high if it breaks those 14p+ spikes it touched around xmas.

Then there's big gaps to fill
