People are confused by the #AST different claims.
CLAIM 1 against jv partner ref wells PG10 & PG11A
SETTLED
Paid €650k Aug 2022
Payment due €850k early Sep 2022

Further payments due circa €270k per month to end Nov 23. Say €4m in total

#AST CLAIM 2 against jv partner
Other wells in dispute & subject to mediation in Sept. Perhaps €3 to 5m due to #AST

FIRST 2 CLAIMS TOTAL UP TO €10m (£9m) vs mkt cap £8m

CLAIM 3 against Slovenia Gov is THE big one. Claim may even exceed €500m

2. Loss of earnings, profits & expropriation of assets etc.
No win no fee lawyers are a heavyweight team that ensure claim is not going away. Incentivised!

#AST Recent #RKH award vs Italy gave potential template type of award. Found in RKH favour.
Realistically CLAIM 3 is likely to result in €100m as a mid/base number. With net say £60 - 70m to AST after costs.
But potentially much more too. £100m+ would NOT surprise vs mkt cap £8m

They need to build us a gas cleaning plant as part of the settlement then allow stimulation. Slovenia would be sorted for the next five to ten years.

When we get the RNS telling us we have received the second tranche of money (EUR857,617) then the share price will zoom to over 6p !

I'm charged 6.88p per kilo watt hour currently.
(i.e. 72.58p per cubic metre of gas)
(1 cubic metre of gas is equivalent to 10.55 kilo watt hour)

(this gas would have been bought months ago by my provider for a price much lower than the current "Day Ahead Price" which is around £2.50 a cubic metre)

.......which explains why our energy bills will soon be zooming to new heights !

These are v hard to buy today. Managed to grab 400k, but could only get quote in 50k (and 1 x 100k) lots and sometimes not at all.

Slovenia seem to be slowly opening up the door for low volume fracking. New draft bill being drawn up at the mo would enable co's to lower environmental concerns/need for permits in favour of production rises and given AST is partner with the national co wonder if this would come in for their project?

We'll get this with a £400 million settlement !

4,000? Ha! Try 35,000 after a recent topup.

My breakeven price is 10.2p, I'd be happy with £2.80, at £280 I'd be astonished (and £10M better off). It would be a takeover target long before either price. I'll bet the vultures are circling now and that is how it'll end for most of us.

Well if the Slovenian government buy AST for 25 million, they could then take themselves to court, and it wouldn't matter if they lose the case ! gla
