Lawyers extremely confident as Slovenia has quite simply broken the law. Enyo is a massive firm and wouldn't incur millions of pounds in costs if they weren't confident of a clear success and massive windfall. I suspect we'll accept 250 million (usually half of claim) and then Enyo will get approx 50 million (does anyone know the exact percentage?)So that would make share price around 150p - would suit me just fine.....

A 6m market cap company with 2m of cash and earning 240k amounts at present with capability of reaching 500k a month from sep .add to that a claim for 500m where the government are known to pay out .That's why people are buying the down side is minimal compared to the upside

Well something keeps pushing this higher, and at a guess must be more buying than selling! So who knows what the outcome will be in regards to the financial reward, but i think the market is assuming that the company is undervalued. gla

It's no win no fee, so yes I agree they must be fairly sure f a reasonable settlement. I'm thinking it'll be around 100mill.
