Monty. Pls dont join the cult. You know full well a private company should have no problem sharing basic data like TCV on deals with shareholders. My inbox full of updates from VC backed SaaS companies sharing the good news in detail with data. Arria is opaque because the truth never quite catches up to the hype. Don't shill for the acid mongers old boy. Expected better.

And yet the total sum of all these “wows” is precisely zero as it stands.

A cat can be “wowed” by a mechanical mouse, or even a piece of string. My aunt once had a cat who watched snooker and ran behind the television when a ball went into a pocket. One can understand it from the cat’s point of view, but Kid, you present yourself as being more intelligent than a cat and I am struggling to see it.

It is more than reasonable for Arria not to disclose the amount that a client pays - that would be commercially stupid to give competitors details of their charging. If you undertook analysis of information available from within the reports that have been published (for instance the detail contained within the 25 Oct 2022 reports) and join a few dots with the other releases it becomes evident that Arria is growing the client base and revenue is indeed on the up and up. They have held off with announcements this year but now there is a flow of announcements. This would be to build momentum for the proposed listing in 2023. Arria have said in their reports that they expect to "break even" and become cash-flow positive in the middle of 2023. That is now a credibility / reputational issue. But i believe that confidence in the company is now growing as substantial new clients come aboard and exisitng clients expand the arria application. Those of us who have taken the risk and hung in there will be rewarded.

No issues save those oft repeated. Arria announces new 'clients' describes how big and amazing they are but never specifies how much the client is actually paying or unit economics like TCV. No meaningful detail on rev per client, churn or CAC - something every other SAAS company is happy to provide. It's like a window cleaner issuing a PR release on their contract with Subway when they've signed on to clean one store's window. Great revenue is rising at Arria but what about EDITDA etc. All sparkle and no substance. Guess all will come out in the wash if they do ever list. NYSE does not permit the type of prospectus that seems to give Daniels a flop sweat. No grandiose photos allowed. The cult keeps banging their tambourines till then I guess...

just exactly what is your issue windy? Why be so negative - the updates on major new clients and on existing clients such as Dominos is only positive - and the revenue is increasing - the NYSE listing will indeed happen in 2023- and Arria is on the exponential growth curve finally. Organisations like Fidelity and Apple and all the others don't adopt Arria NLG Technology unless there is a very goodrationale including payback on investment and there is a genuine need.

Excellent to see Arria continue to attract top end clients - this time Fidelity Investments (40 m investors and $9.6t under management).

Those of us who have held the faith will be rewarded -

Unless the Arria Technology was proven and reliable and robust they would not be implementing this technology. Their client list is is impressive - and across so many sectors as they predicted all those years ago. It is inevitable given that NLG is being picked up by the biggest Financial organisations in the world that before too long every financial institution in will be using NLG. And the recent update on Dominos in encouraging and puts the adoption of Arria Ping internationally exciting for the long suffering shareholders. as we close out 2022, I believe that the Listing on the NYSE in the coming months will happen and we will finally start to reap the rewards that are long overdue. I am looking forward to the next "townhall meeting"

Kid, I’m a bit confused - what is “worthlessR21;? The fact that people here have been forecasting that a new listing is not as likely as is made out, or your repeated assertions that everything was great and that a listing was close at hand?

And just in case there are some neutrals out there, there is not much sign of a listing some five years later. Yup - 5 years, during which time we have had two world cups, two sovereigns, four prime ministers, Notts Forest were promoted, created some nuclear fusion and even had a white Xmas.

Do you think Arria will list before the sooner of a) we get commercial nuclear fusion or b) aliens land on planet Earth? (it’s possible they already have when one considers some of the thought processes in ADVFN).
