Why do I care? I'm a sucker for the little guy. The Arria shareholders who have contacted me and told stories of hype and projections that were never delivered, and the more I look the more it seems like a ponzi scheme designed to fleece the uninformed. You even sign off your comments here like Trump. Sad.

Thanks for the Forrester report. Arria's subscription to that service clearly paying dividends. When are Arrias owners, the shareholders, going to get copies of that prospectus? Has anyone seen it yet? Or is the extent of their management reporting presentation slides and Forrester rhubarb?

Legal- that's my point. Shareholders should not have to ask. They should all just get it. What's the issue? Send the prospectus you created to all of them. Be transparent. They own the company. No need to keep anything private from them. As you note you are not a public company any more. Too much disco not enough disclosure with you guys.

Why doesn't Arria release to its shareholders the prospectus it prepared for the ASX listing? Those shareholders paid for that work. Why not let them see the plan, finacials and economics in the already board approved glossy? Just asking...

Now, it could be the merest coincidence, but Devotee has been a member since 2016, and this is him breaking his virginity in the arena of ADVFN posts. And George Scott, also a member since 2016, lost his virginity yesterday. Unfortunately, it was a very protracted affair, as was his follow-up today.

As a past Diligent shareholders and current Arria shareholder, who like hundreds of other Diligent Investors, made millions in that investment, I fully support the Arria C-suite… as it looks to me to be basically the same people who built Diligent. As an Arria shareholder, I am appalled by “Windhill̵7;s” lies. I was one of hundreds who attended the recent Arria Town Hall Meeting, supported by MORGANS BANK, who TOTALLY endorsed the Arria Listing plan move to the NYSE, is “Windhill̶1; implying MORGANS lied to Arria Shareholders? I am keen to share all my knowledge of “Windhill̶1; — through the appropriate legal channels. My Crypto Team which has some of the most advanced developers and network hackers was able to “out” “Windhill̶1; in less than 48 hours. ADVFN was not created to allow sad, hurt, vindictive people to mouth-off lies to satisfy their own and obviously very personal sick, destructive agenda.
