For web search, once you are used to ChatGPT results, it's difficult to go back to google search (feels painful).

We go to google to ask for information or a solution to a problem, ChatGPT give you exactly what you asked for after understanding your question.
Whereas Google shows you a bunch of links which are related, one has to read a few of them and hope it contains what you need.

I think the issue would be that it would be unacceptable to be wrong even 1% of the time for Arria's customers, and better use cases would be things like customer service. But since it's going to be open source, anything can happen

Spot on Willowgrouse. Just for completeness the system is not currently linked to the internet (deliberately) and has a closed data set from up to 2021. When they unleash this full NLP/NLG system into the wild it will learn fast (somthing Arria"s platform is not configured to do - if the public tech stacks can be taken at face value). So extinction event for Arrias core technology seen heading toward Planet Henry Brothers. Can they list and return to shareholders before it hits? (Cue Hans Zimmermann soundtrack)

It's pretty impressive alright, but not sure you could guarantee it wouldn't spit out something irrelevant. Being quite specific with your questions on it gives you the right answer mostly, but it's searching the internet to get the answer a lot of the time. I did enter a table of stock data and asked for various statistics and it tells you how they're calculated and then does a few samples. I guess the API offers more flexibility, and if it ends up being better you'd want to integrate it in to your offering too. It's only going to get better.

OpenAI has just launched Chat GPT which can interpret data series into text way better and cheaper than Arria. It is very conversational too. Arria needs to list in a hurry because these guys are ahead and their widgets way more powerful https://openai.com/blog/chatgpt/

Sorry Kid. I know it would be easier for you if I was a disgruntled ex employee. But I'm just reading the information Arria has published. Sharon Daniels is paying herself 500K a year to run a company that loses c$20M. Would say the same of any CEO. Meet my analysis with data and fact, not conspiracy theories and jibber. Pay Daniels 150K makes sense until they at least break even. Half a million plus loads of free stock is a rip off for the small shareholder.

Unless there is some other subtle reason. But I have to say it’s quite the head scratcher. Even more so than Japan’s goal.

Ok, everyone is a frustrated with the wait, probably just as frustrating for the founders who also want to realize the vision and $ too. But it looks like a good story going forward with increasingly diverse cashflows.

And is the same amount of dilution upon listing, so I have no problem with this in the slightest. All tech companies in the early years need funding until they turn cash flow positive. That point is approaching for Arria then it will really be off and running. I am expecting a list long of at least 1 billion US dollars, and that is being conservative.
