01/12/2022 07:48 | Whatever. You are becoming very repetitive and boring, get over yourself. | kidknocked
30/11/2022 23:29 | Ahhhh Kid... Arria is out of cash. That's why they are having to take out a $100M loan against the company's IP. A lot of that loan will go into the pockets of the CEO and Henry Brothers to help them maintain their lavish lifestyles via overblown consulting fees. You the shareholder will pay for that loan via a dilution of your shareholding when and if Arria lists, or more likely, when a note holder calls in the loan, takes control of the Company at which point your investment is worthless. Here endeth the lesson Kiddo. X | windhill
29/11/2022 10:10 | Laughable. But I suppose there’s always a reason to believe. And easily so for the naïve on shares (well, that would be a fine thing) like this. | psychochopper
29/11/2022 10:03 | Well that's reassuring... | windhill
27/11/2022 18:35 | Just give it a bit more time, the bond completion is still a few weeks away. All good. | kidknocked
27/11/2022 17:59 | Arria hasn't filed on NYSE for Q123, and no deal runner has been noted with the exchange so its not happening "early" in 23 as they suggested. Not surprised. Still a mirage... | windhill
27/11/2022 17:52 | Anyone seen the actual full 2022 accounts for Arria yet? Wonder if they ever closed that growth bond? Wonder what bonus the leadership is paying themselves this Christmas? | windhill
13/11/2022 23:21 | Willowgrouse: Your best bet may be asking Arria directly. Their company secretary is this guy according to filed docs: Thomas.makeig@arria. | windhill
10/11/2022 09:48 | No, not for me I have enough thanks. | kidknocked
09/11/2022 20:53 | Kid, surely you’re in for another 50k? | psychochopper
09/11/2022 14:25 | Is anyone here interested in buying up to 50,000 shares? Message me thanks | willowgrouse
03/11/2022 08:04 | kidbroke probably is Daniels | drew lonmenob
03/11/2022 07:51 | Sharon Daniels, or her daughter the sales rep, or one of the Henry Brothers should chime in and defend poor Kidknocked. Not fair they leave him to suffer the agnst of the shareholders they grifted all alone. | windhill
02/11/2022 22:00 | Their shareholding irrelevant when they are pulling a million in cash a year from the company. The IPO will always be two quarters away as long as that metric holds. | windhill
02/11/2022 17:56 | How can you have been right all along? You have relentlessly assumed a near-term listing. It is clear you have your hand on the wrong pulse. On top of which, you come across as immensely simple. | psychochopper
02/11/2022 15:47 | Another global QSR would be epically good ! | kidknocked
02/11/2022 15:46 | That's rather unfair. They are also heavily motivated by the number of shares and options they hold. Worth many millions in a few cases. | kidknocked
02/11/2022 03:29 | Agree. Good points all. A list price of $3 not supported by fundamentals. Missing forecasts the norm for this crew. Given how much they are paying themselves the only real motivation to list will the end date on those new notes. Roll on a 2025 listing... | windhill
01/11/2022 21:17 | I too have read through the information provided. it seems to me that this is generally older information and much was on the basis of the withdrawn ASX IPO last year. there was so little up to date information for instance preliminary information of how Arria did against expectations for the FY2022. over the 656 pages there were snippets of information that are interesting - but the main concern for me was in the June update Arria were expecting Year on year growth of 142% yet in the latest update the Yr on yr was 97% - still impressive but the variance needs to be explained - and also why the monthly exit run rate annualised fell from June 2022 to Sept 2022. as noted above is this report maybe an older report than the information sent through in June - (report sent out as there was "radio silence" Other snippets was that they are looking at a NYSX list price of is potentially about $3:25 per share. And the Forward projections for income are exciting. also that we finally have a better understanding of the revenue from certain clients - However the revenue from many clients is very low - and got me thinking that if it was not form Dominos then Arria would be a risk investment. But Dominoes is entrenched and growing and I look forward to another QSR client of substance - (as well as many more client announcements which i hope they are holding back from pending NYSX IPO there Arria need to build momentum. | montynz
01/11/2022 20:41 | KID - I sense that fooling you is relatively simple. | windhill |
