14/6/2023 09:48 | I would very much like to attend but not back in the UK until Oct/Nov.Kinda hoping Biggles can make the trip.....? | shortarm
14/6/2023 09:27 | Who is hoping to go to the AGM | plasybryn
14/6/2023 06:29 | The written answers and some sound tracks are now available on the Investor Meet Co website. | plasybryn
13/6/2023 22:00 | And I have to admit that my 4 questions were answered in a satisfactory way. Maybe because I more polite than Soul. Think I might have another glass of wine to celebrate. | jaynesdad
13/6/2023 21:52 | Hi Konil Thanks for that. I realise that what appeared to be a hyperlink in the presentation wasn't, so I typed it character by character into the browser and just got 'page missing', Just retried and opened successfully. Must have mis typed! Thank you. | jaynesdad
13/6/2023 18:02 | jaynesdad, did you try my link, given above? | konil
13/6/2023 17:41 | Watched it now. When it went quiet I thought Kerim Sener had fallen asleep, he didn't sound over enthusiastic. I think I am being thick but I cant see the written questions. I have even typed in the link of the screen (I couldn't copy it) and got 'not found'. Similarly I went into investor meet and looked at the Q&A tab where it said it was still under preparation. Anyone care to give me a clue? | jaynesdad
13/6/2023 17:24 | If this guy is correct, and there are many who have said something similar, then it would tie in nicely timewise with the plan to turn AAU into a £500m company by the end of the decade. I think he puts together a very sensible argument for a stonking gold bull market here:- | professor pettigrew
13/6/2023 16:58 | Yes, new discoveries in Cyprus- first in many years! | shortarm
13/6/2023 16:45 | I thought this was an interesting question and answer.Q10: Can you expand on what will be the drivers of value, short and mediur term in value order?1. Re-initiation of construction at Tavsan. 2. Continued exploration and drilling success at Kiziltepe, Tavsan and Salinbas . Identification of drilling targets in Kosovo. 4. Drilling re-commencing in Cyprus on several existing targets. Among others.. | plasybryn
13/6/2023 16:41 | Did anyone find this answer particularly enlightening? Q9: Given Kerim has stated the Vision is to become. £500m Co by the end of this decade, i am still unclear regarding the Objectives and strategies to achieve that. Can you provide more meat on the bone please? The strategy as elucidated in our corporate presentation and in our statements to market is very clear. Stated simply, it is to explore for and develop new mines, on our own or in partnership with others. This strategy has already been highly effective in enabling the company to grow its market capitalisation well over tenfold, inclusive of a substantial dividend return to shareholders and has the capabilitv to deliver even further growth in the coming years as other advanced proiects in our portfolio are progressed up the development curve. | plasybryn
13/6/2023 16:37 | Thanks konil. Kind of you | plasybryn
13/6/2023 16:35 | But as with all investments, if you aren't happy you probably should move on. AAU will deliver i'm sure in its own good time and a few positive developments like getting Tavsan back on track will change sentiment and make everyone feel a lot happier, and perhaps let a few out at better prices. But as many have said i can't see anything materially changing as long as this Board remains in place. Live with it, accept it, or move on. | plasybryn
13/6/2023 16:19 | I've always liked this garden! .Safe here it seems (as long as you don't want to make a quick buck) hahahahahahaha | shortarm
13/6/2023 16:05 | Lol JD. Yorkshire born and bred me and call a spade a shovel. Joking aside at least I am consistent with my posting here (OK that may be consistently grumpy but it's consistent) where some change their stance at the drop of a hat or in this case a ponderous presentation causing them to go from pitch forks at dawn (you can count on my shares to bring about change) to oh isn't everything lovely in the garden again until news withers on the vine once again. Pah!! | soulsauce
13/6/2023 16:01 | I'm hoping the Tavsan Court ruling goes through by the end of June without the need for further submissions. Kerim says they then need 6 to 8 months to finish off the mine. Even though we have lost valuable time this would be quite significant and restore some of the lost faith. I could see the share price react strongly. I hope those going to the AGM will press for more precise news on Salinbas/Ardale/Hizz | plasybryn
13/6/2023 14:40 | Soul You came across as a slightly more feisty version of me. Maybe you are my long lost twin brother separated at birth in Brum 1957, scarred by subsequent experiences while I was pampered? | jaynesdad
13/6/2023 13:12 | They're in the glass half empty arena, Bodgit's glass has been taken off him and smashed :-) | shortarm
13/6/2023 13:06 | bodgit, two things i hope will help us here. 1. tavsan coming on stream. (if for some reason it does not clear the courts or is unreasonably delayed then things could get nasty.) 2. the pog which is due a run, hopefully sooner rather than later. please dont tell me these fall in the confirmation bias category. | konil
13/6/2023 12:42 | If anyone here is interested, may I respectfully suggest becoming aware of confirmation bias and loss aversion. They cost me a lot of money with another company. Gla | bodgit
13/6/2023 11:48 | soul, tavsan, yes hoping for 2024 q2/q3. | konil
13/6/2023 11:45 | Charles how did you get that from what I said? I have no such intentions and that comment really is below you. I am simply asking the question as to why he thinks anything will be different or satisfied in what he has posted on here in recent weeks and through his conversation with YJ which have been quite irate for him. But suddenly everything is OK again. It was only the other day you and others were willing to lend their shares to force change through an egm lol. Pathetic comment. | soulsauce
13/6/2023 11:38 | Soul - good luck trying to turn biggles against the company. You will have to do better than that me old fruit. | charles clore |
