25/3/2022 08:03 | Divi reinvested and showing as a sell lol another 10k shares for me :) | sacha17
25/3/2022 07:34 | I Think there are lots of threads to this deal, AAU / WTR way well have sufficient info that can target areas for exploration now, which potentially have the required 2m oz, commitment to spending 15m down the line on something they may know about now? Plus how much leverage did Newmont use to extend the Turkish data, just to get a foot hold in AAU, lots of unknowns, but big areas to cover, require more clout than little ol aau, and more arms to the octopus ;) You want exposure, you got exposure. This imho will turn heads. | renniks2016
24/3/2022 22:40 | A couple of questions occur to me this evening. Firtsly, Ariana are giving up some share capital in lieu of the $2.5m to invest in WTR. But they only own 75% of WTR. What are the owners of the other 25% (the local management team) bringing to the table for their 25% ownership? Or I am missing something obvious? Ariana is flush with cash. They could easily have afforded $500k per year exploration in WTR for 5 years without a big player? Effectively Newmont arnt doing anything anyway in WTR until a discovery of merit. Have Ariana already earmarked most of their spare cash? Newmont just seemed to have invested in Ariana - all the exploration risk for Eastern Europe still seems to be Arianas. | actonovator
24/3/2022 19:48 | Nice find Plasybryn. There was a paragraph in the divvy Rns about ensuring easier payment. I have not bothered to change anything as HL paid out promptly last time. | soulsauce
24/3/2022 19:40 | I wonder if the dividend cheques will be paid in a timely fashion this time? Last time some had to wait days. Not sure why or who was responsible. | plasybryn
24/3/2022 19:39 | Don't know Paul. | plasybryn
24/3/2022 19:30 | Is this a second boxscan? | paul280i
24/3/2022 19:12 | There is also a short video showing it in operation | plasybryn
24/3/2022 19:10 | On Linkedin today:- Brand new core scanning platform BoxScan has arrived to Ariana Resources plc workshop. 24/3/2022 14:13 | DH (PALM & PNT) response to Bloomberg article Darren Hazelwood @darrenhazelwood I’d take a different view….Traders are struggling to control the market as the realisation of a universal commodity supply crunch gathers pace. Explorers time is nearly here…. bloomberg.com Commodity Traders Sound Alarm on Plunging Market Liquidity Whipsawing commodity prices and eye-watering margin calls are forcing traders to reduce their activity, driving liquidity out of markets and exacerbating price swings, according to some of the world’s biggest trading houses. | xow98
24/3/2022 14:12 | Sorry shortarm I need a new phone or internet provider.Yes I remember HMI and made a few Bob trading it. Glad to hear it's still going well. | charles clore
24/3/2022 13:50 | Nice tie up could be why the price has been kept down to entice newmont to invest could also increase the mined numbers In time | tnt99
24/3/2022 12:08 | Charles Clore- remember you when I was looking at Hmi a few years ago. They are flying now???!!! | r1singson
24/3/2022 11:08 | Is that four elephants in total because you posted it twice? I think there are many elephants in the room and they will show themselves over time...... | shortarm
24/3/2022 11:00 | There are 2 elephants in the room. One is Salinbas, the other is Newmont. I wonder if there is a connection. | charles clore
24/3/2022 10:57 | Zan - LOL, good point. | thanksamillion
24/3/2022 10:56 | There are 2 elephants in the room. One is Salinbas, the other is Newmont. I wonder if there is a connection. | charles clore
24/3/2022 10:22 | Interesting that Newmont don’t presently have any operations or projects listed in Europe; Https: //www.newmont.com/op | mcmather
24/3/2022 10:20 | dilution? at Ariana? | zangdook
24/3/2022 10:15 | Newmont will end up with around 4-5% of Ariana, institutions may be next and if they buy at these prices LTH's end up with worse prospects due to dilution. In short, I am fine with todays deal but dont want any free loading Financial institutions on board. | thanksamillion
24/3/2022 10:10 | AAU Should do buy backs and underpin value going forward if possible. Gold Silver prices are set for take off so best to buy back as many shares now as possible and issue them at 50p - 60p in the future if need be :) | wsbapes
24/3/2022 09:44 | Yes probably konil but this is the kind of thing that PG should be all over. I hope at least Kerim does several interviews and really gives it the full ramp instead of the usual cosy chat with Rosy. | soulsauce
24/3/2022 09:39 | soul, market will not get excited by this, only us holders. its too long term until proved different, and ill defined, and holding structure complicated. | konil
24/3/2022 09:33 | on a serious note, this is a long term play, which is fine for newmont, but aau have a lot of growing to do so next deal to be a nearer term project, though in mining that probably still means 2+ years, buying into anything shorter term would likely not be economic unless from a distressed entity. at least we have tavsan and apliki closing in on production. divi tommorow...yay! | konil |
