shortarm, yep i make it about that, usd of course. could there be hope that the one-off divi will be bigger than the c.0.8p discussed to date? 1p or even a little over would be nice. after all given the time it has taken 6 months more profits will have flowed into the coffers to bolster the jv cash which itself was only 50% allocated to the divi, so will aau spring a nice surprise for those who have waited?

the brr presentation was exciting for the scope of opportunities mentioned. very much as we know, a company on threshold of step change. patience required for progress.

i wasn't clear on the wtr 75% interest...from rns i gathered that eur100,000 gave aau that 75% but is ks now saying (in the presentation c.7:35 min) that they 'will be' rather than 'have' earned in to 75%? maybe just semantics in that the eur100,000 has not been spent yet?

but nothing on tavsan/salinbas/dividend.

No questions on Salinbas, Tavsan or even a stab at getting dates out of him for the dividend court case hearings. Big Elephants in the room - all of them - and not a word.

Just watched it on my ipad. Kerim knows his stuff and speaks well but for all his talk about shareholder value, we are still yet to see the benefits. Nevertheless, it made me resolve to stay in here a bit longer.

At 50,000 oz wouldn't profit to AAU be 12-13 million pa? Probably wrong but that would be a lot to spend on Cyprus etc each year?

While we wait on interview....Short arm you mentioned future dividend policy. Must admit I'm not expecting anything here as a rough 5 percent dividend would cost approximately £2.7m per year. Perhaps when we have Tavsan production in place and hitting 50k oz/ year

xow, and the subtext of course is that they know dollar hegemony could be on borrowed time so its one way of divesting dollar holdings. china is doing similar by using their multi-trillion dollar holdings to buy up commodity and other assets around the globe. if dollar sinks then clearly dollar price of gold goes up, but if dollar sinks to extreme levels i wonder what will happen to gold...might it move to pricing in another currency or a basket like sdr...many imponderables. the proverbial 'straw' gets ever closer with each trillion dollars they print!

Interesting to see what the impact of this is on dollar price of gold.

Russian Finance Ministry stated on Monday that it is working on transferring all its currency liquidity from dollar to euro. It said it could offer "positive and negative" incentives to companies, conceding such a move requires "complex work" but that it will "allow us to avoid sanctions and make the world more democratic."

Process Plant throughput 222k Tonnes (up from 205k in 2019, and 325k forecast in 2021)
Plant feed grade 2.72 g/t Au (down from 4.51 g/t in 2019, and 2.1 g/t forecast in 2021)
Gold sold 18,645 Troy Oz
Silver sold 244,372 Troy Oz
