Market cap is what counts not the price per share, on that fundamental we are well undervalued.

I think the excitement and share price movement comes from exploration discovery. It's pretty easy to argue too. More production means more money which will filter through as dividends but we have hardly any action here with a potential 20% dividend. Other miners who are simply exploring have huge valuations on potential or chf was 19p on potential .

A closing share price of 4.9 in the next few days will break through the recent downward trend and complete the cup and handle formation. Sky's the limit after that from a technical point of view.

Well that is a very succinct reason why I'm so confident of investment here. Hope others start to cotton on.

AAU as an exploration investment is much more appealing if that exploration is funded via production managed by other parts of the JV. Not many small cap miners have that ability

Slowly slowly! Hopefully we can get back over 5p in the near term.

There's been 350k bought last ten minutes and no change to price wonder if seller still hovering. I'm expecting rns confirmation of court initiation any day hopefully this will help share price over 5p

would aau sweeten the divi pot with some of the mega profits (c.$11m over 12 months) being booked on kizil production which has been flowing into auu's coffers and added to the $millions already sitting there?

edit: perhaps the accounting convolutions would rule that out?

assuming 50% of $37.75m to be paid out, then at todays £/$ rate and with 1081m shares it works out at c.1.25p, that is before fees and taxes. assuming 30% for fees and taxes (i have no idea, its just a stab) leaves 0.875p.

on current offer price that equates to a divi of 18.6%.

with the share price where its at, i.e. lack of correct pricing, i wonder if most investors in the small pm miner space even know of the impending dividend?

perhaps they do but don't believe it will happen? after all it is a rarity for a small miner not only to not be raising cash but to actually pay out cash to shareholders.

It would of course be nice to see them coincide with those but drilling has never really set the price off here. I think the near term for them is Tavsan/Kizitepe and making sure their base is rock solid before setting off on other ventures in full. It's again building for more medium to long term prospects and there are better short term plays out there I'd rather put a divi into.

If dividend coincides with news of drilling at salinbas and Cyprus I couldn't think of a better place to invest particularly as ilyhere is such a price - sum of assets disconnect

I'm look forward to the divi but will not be reinvesting them as I have other targets in mind. I'm sure many others will do the same and I hope the share price is minimally affected.

The field teams are mobilising for our 2021 exploration campaign. This season, for the first time, we will be utilising gravity geophysics to locate high-grade copper, gold, zinc and silver deposits

The technicians, from Spain, are entering quarantine in Cyprus. News to follow

I have because it's so substantial that many will reinvest and this will mean any potential drip would be short lived. Although I don't think it's priced in anyway

1p would be fantastic, but let's face it, 0.7p is not to shabby either! Tempted to buy a few more just for the divi.
