He sounded so sure in that last interview where he expressed the deadline date. However you look at it, he keeps making the same mistake. Needs to learn its best to say nowt sometimes.

Never mentioned court. They have signed , £2m transferred so must be solicitors

Missed deadlines; over-promising and under-delivering; poor communications - these are all things you expect in a badly-run AIM company. I honestly believed AAU was no longer like that but what are we to make of the silence. Is it contempt for the shareholders, indifference or just something they haven't got round to ?

However you look at it, it is not the look that, as Charles has just put it, for a share that's about to receive a transformational makeover!

Just watched some Goldman Sacs guy on Bloomburg talking commodities.

In a Nutshell, the stimulus money will drive commodity prices up, plus "we're out of copper" the stockpiles have been drawn down and Biden's transport electrification hasnt even started yet.

I genuinely didn't think we would get past this morning without an update. This has surpassed even my pretty low expectations. Whether you think this latest in a long line of delays is OK or not, for shareholders to not know why its taking place is unbelievable in my opinion. Still wondering what that outstanding structural issue was Kerim mentioned in the interview a couple of weeks ago.

It took 10 months to write the American Constitution. It has taken 15 months so far and we still don't have a signed JV.

Jeez, there best be one hell of a roadmap, Gannt chart and presentation to show me when they finally decide to announce the deal. They need to make up for this wait and get some confidence back. I've not worn my Ariana Polo Shirt yet it's firmly at the back of the wardrobe.

Im not on Twitter. But isn't point to tell people we have silver and how much ? Least some action was taken .
