23/11/2020 16:27 | Hmmm possibly but it's not even new news. Well it's happened whatever it is, hopefully it will rally later in the day. | soulsauce
23/11/2020 16:20 | soulsauce, We knew this morning but the big fall in Gold didn't begin until the US started to wake up around 9.00 a.m. EDT which was 2:00 p.m. GMT. | jaf1948
23/11/2020 16:09 | But the vaccine good news was known this morning, something has spooked PMs this afternoon. | soulsauce
23/11/2020 15:58 | Good vaccine = bad gold - Don't expect maths logic. | corrientes
23/11/2020 15:54 | All very good news about the vaccine and trying to get back to normal etc but how does the vaccine pay back all the debt in the world? The problems haven't gone away the best that can be said is maybe with a vaccine they may not get as bad as they would have done with more shut downs and govt bail outs although the cost of forthcoming unemployment will need to be funded still | gary hindsight
23/11/2020 15:45 | soulsauce - is it the buzz today about the Oxford University vaccine being up to 90% effective? | dixi
23/11/2020 15:16 | What's with PMs now? Another vaccine? | soulsauce
23/11/2020 14:57 | What's with the trades for 54 shares? | gamesplayer
23/11/2020 14:07 | Isn't it a tad unusual for them to provide a RNS on a Monday? Historically, most appear to announce between Tuesday- Thursday. Probably just wishful thinking but could they be leaving themselves some room for another this week? I certainly wouldn't want to be out if that is so! | gerrystewart
23/11/2020 14:01 | bb, fingers crossed! | konil
23/11/2020 13:06 | A reminder to the impatient. 23/11/2019 AAU opened at 2.1p. Is it still undervalued?...Yes. Would I rather have my biggest holding in an undervalued company with huge potential or one correctly priced and plodding along? I think I know the answer. | tigerchris1
23/11/2020 13:00 | My understanding was the final meeting three weeks ago was to iron out everything then just down to paperwork. Beryl confirmed to lottsgold last week everything progressing so genuinely expecting something by end this week early next but just my expectation. | bigglesbingham
23/11/2020 12:56 | Has anyone worked out what our P/E ratio currently is and how this compares with similar companies ? | jaf1948
23/11/2020 11:58 | Konil - the delay in the JV means that we keep 50% of profits as opposed to only 23% after the JV. That seems pretty fair to me. | charles clore
23/11/2020 11:55 | Charles, I agree - would have expected more. Suggests someone selling into the strength.... GP | gamesplayer
23/11/2020 11:53 | As usual brilliant results from AAU, onwards and upwards from now. Can any of you with experience enlighten me as to the reason for the number of small uncrossing trades that are now appearing on each day? It used to be one large amount at the end of the day previously. | paul280i
23/11/2020 11:52 | JAF - agree with you on the muted response to this morning's news. 8% is derisory for such an excellent update l. I would have expected the price to be firmly back in the 6-7p range by now.. | charles clore
23/11/2020 11:42 | is there much of a xmas slowdown in turkey (no pun intended)? if so, then unless we hear soon it may run into that period and no jv news until 2021. hope that is not the case. current trading range has been most frustrating for those of us not sitting on large profits but close to the mark at current levels. | konil
23/11/2020 11:18 | Cool, Suspect a chunk of it is buying in to Cyprus. | thanksamillion
23/11/2020 11:09 | Can we expect to see Kerim being interviewed this week after the quarterlies ? The news today underpins the need for patience and will stop a shaking of the tree Fundamentals keep giving - off to find more funds :-) | alchemist5
23/11/2020 11:08 | Are AAU stock piling cash? | cool hand kev
23/11/2020 11:07 | Pure logic. But ver optimistic | bigglesbingham
23/11/2020 11:02 | I think I can agree with all of that BB. | thanksamillion
23/11/2020 10:54 | AAU is currently a growth stock at the watershed of becoming an income stock. As with all growth stocks they need to produce the foundation to become an income producing stock and rnss such as this one add to that foundation. AAU has one of the most solid foundations in the junior mining environment and shareholder will benefit from that in the not too distant future. This could be and exceptional run up to Xmas for AAU and its shareholders and reward for patience which has had to be required. Well done AAU but also well done those shareholders who have stayed the course and those who are deciding to join the party before it's too late!! | bigglesbingham |
