Guys the RNS is fully available in ADVFN, I've just looked at it myself. In ADVFN it is shown with yesterday's date, was it released after hours yesterday?

Yes, .I always look at investegate every morning, it happens quite often that advfn (and LSE) don’t pick up RNS and not just AAU.

I ain't seeing it either, just got my rns. But good to see MDV still preparing for tax efficient large dividend payment. Sometimes it's these little things which tell you everything is agreed and on track.

I can see an RNS has been released but it's not on the list for me either. It happens on ADVFN occasionally, has caught me out more than once!

Ariana Resources plc ("Ariana" or "the Company"), the AIM-listed exploration and development company operating in Europe, announces that it has been informed of the following transactions:



- on 5 November 2020, Michael de Villiers, Chairman, disposed of 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 4.8652 p per share;



- and on the same date, Mrs de Villiers, wife of Mr de Villiers, purchased 403,858 Ordinary Shares in her SIPP at 4.98 p per share.



Accordingly the holding of Mr de Villiers now stands at 55,803,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing a holding of 5.22% of the Company's enlarged share capital of 1,069,677,943 Ordinary Shares.

No problem I was hoping Kerim would have explained his actions within rns however he's a very private person and believes personal finances are just that. He did come out and explain he needed money to buy warrants, windows available to purchase are short and he wants to increase his holding but it was few days after the actions and if you don't nip conspiracy theories in the bud they grow and 2 plus 2 becomes 5. I wanted to explain so that it does detract from the important things.

I didn't sell any over last couple weeks so the recents falls were nothing to do with me. But I do believe we will rebound quickly and strongly. Was so tempted to buy yesterday at sub 4.7 p but had to remain disciplined or tax man wouldn't be happy ha ha

1canc. A share price of about 5p paying a divi of 0.075 would be 1.5%. How do you get 16%?
