01/6/2022 15:52 | 50% dividend , what ? | 3put
01/6/2022 15:52 | As referenced in a recent interview with George Lucan, if all goes to plan with Saltfleetby is the company still hoping to pay long term shareholders a special dividend? Thanks. Asked on 30 May 2022 Thank you. The new strategic investors are advocating a regular dividend payout policy of 50%. The BoD certainly believe that large reliable dividends are still the best corporate communications that a company can make with shareholders. | 3put
01/6/2022 15:44 | Sidetrack is 100% our income now? right? | 3put
01/6/2022 15:16 | ...of which they have £1.5mm each of interest and debt repayments to make and presumably six months’ worth of £3.5mm. in g&a expenses. It doesn’t leave anything, does it? They need that sidetrack and they can’t afford to stop the plant in order to drill it, if that is required. There will be further cash calls. These mug punters can’t stop themselves chucking good money after bad. Gresham’s Law works in reverse on AIM: “bad money sucks in good.” What? | jtidsbadly
01/6/2022 15:13 | And how much would they make from a successful sidetrack ? | 3put
01/6/2022 15:02 | That is a purely factual view, especially since ANGS owes that amount to Mercuria, come what may. There are no production variables involved whatsoever. As to how much ANGS is set to make? Nobody knows, because nobody knows how much gas they will manage to produce during that period, but presuming 1.5 million therms a month, ANGS would be left with a gross revenue of around £4.5 million for that period, or under a third of what they've guaranteed to pay Mercuria, no matter what happens. | headinthesand
01/6/2022 14:36 | Can you also share some figures for the sidetrack which will be 100% to us please HITS | 3put
01/6/2022 14:35 | Can the company please confirm the sidetrack schedule please. Asked on 30 May 2022 The precise spud date has not been set but is expected to be in the first three weeks of July. | 3put
01/6/2022 14:35 | That is a very negative view, how much do we stand to make? | 3put
01/6/2022 14:21 | We're now getting now to the sharp end of things (which the more rational have known was coming for months)... and unfortunately for ANGS a number of very bleak-looking chickens are coming home to roost (as they were always bound to). Looking at today's gas futures pricing for Q3 and Q4 this year, Mercuria is owed £4.9 million by ANGS between July and September, and a further £9.75 million between October and December... entirely regardless of how much or how little gas ANGS manages to produce during that period. | headinthesand
01/6/2022 14:05 | JA/JT If/when you locate said Gas Engine can you check if there is any sign of an EA permit taped to it? Thanks in advance... | 1347

01/6/2022 13:08 | Can the company please confirm the sidetrack schedule please. Asked on 30 May 2022 The precise spud date has not been set but is expected to be in the first three weeks of July. | 3put
01/6/2022 13:05 | Saltfleetby Energy Limited has about £26 million of ring-fence, so a valuation with this included would yield some extra benefits. - Sounds alright JA | 3put
01/6/2022 13:04 | 1347Well, if that picture is from today or any day this week they have either shrunk are somewhere else on site (highly unlikely as we were told fist gags today) of they haven't been delivered yet! The pipes to connect them from the main pipeline are also conspicuous by their absence!! | ja51oiler
01/6/2022 13:02 | 3Put: now that IS embarrassing. | jtidsbadly
01/6/2022 13:00 | Can you briefly explain the current tax losses situation for Angus and what impact acquiring 100 of the Saltfleetby field will have on this? Asked on 26 May 2022 It is relatively simple. Angus has ring-fence (i.e. usable against hydrocarbon profits) tax losses of around £21m and these were factored into the P90 valuation. Saltfleetby Energy Limited has about £26 million of ring-fence, so a valuation with this included would yield some extra benefits. | 3put
01/6/2022 12:59 | 1347: that will be embarrassing, what? | jtidsbadly |
