LLB' I am pretty sure Mr.Wazari would not have used the word IMMINENTLY without having had a nod from someone.
They plan to raise the TD by 2.5 Meters,if I remember correctly.
I am sure all the equipment is already at the site, the contractor would have seen to that for sure.
If the permission arrives next week,the TD works should be finished in time. The Co. Can process the already mined stuff and get a move on banking cash.
I am keeping my fingers crossed for an RNS next week.
Let's wait and see what develops.

We need to get this dam raise permit rubber stamped PDQ, 3 months work from start of August puts us into the beginning of November and heading into winter again, fingers crossed for next week and an RNS to say it is done, hopefully some preparatory works have already been done to reduce the construction time..?

It's the not knowing why, that's so wearing. It won't happen on a Monday, takes all day to get settled behind the desk, check the coffee machine is stocked and working, and enquire what sort of weekend your colleagues has!
