Bumpa33,
That’s a hell of a churn required to clear the placing shares. are you expecting most to hold rather than flip hence the keep an eye on TR1s?

Certainly little relationship to my experience of UK civil servants. No idea about Azeri ones.

As I remember 'imminent' was used as the codeword to effectively start WW3 in the 1967 Bond film 'You Only Live Twice'.

Unfortunately for AAZ 'imminent' means 'not imminent'.

directors taking £80k, board changes, strategy update etc etc, but as said - keep an eye on the TR1’s due once the stock is admitted.

LLB, judging by a couple of civil servants that I know, I don't know how they can tell the difference from 'working' from home, or being on holiday!

That word imminent should not have been used.Best to say nothing as they clearly haven’t got s clue when permission is going to be given . They have risked credibility by saying it sadly.

AAZ, the CEO would not make a statement like imminent without havig a nod from someone IMO.
Probably from Azarı Gold.
Then we have the local councils involved. This is starting to smell more like a dirty polical game to me. The local burocrats playing games !!
It does not surprise me that the president has called for snap election in September.
Things will get sorted I am sure but time is most important for AAZ for this to be resolved pronto.
Let's wait and see. Politics is the dirtiest game for sure. People do a lot of wrong things at times to hold on to their jobs in politics.
I could be completely wrong thinking this. I have been wrong many a times. Just my Pennies worth of thought.
ATB.

RUA

This actually looks amazing for a £4m EV Company (Mkt Cap : £7-8m with Cash of £4m)

A £400k 4 month order which could become a 'longer term supply agreement'

RUA has received a purchase order from an existing customer to undertake a short turnaround textile processing project. The project will be delivered to the customer over the next four months with a total contract value of over £400,000. On delivery of the project, there is the potential for conversion to a longer term supply contract for the processed textile material.

Bill Brown, CEO of RUA Life Sciences, stated: "Being awarded this line of business from a major medical company is a testament to the quality of product provided by RUA and the supporting quality management system that provides our customers with the confidence to place critical business with RUA."

open up new avenues to institutional interest, new money, increased exposure to new markets, better representation and/or guidance, improved corporate governance, improved standing/status within the market - sometimes a company will just outgrow its current or original broker, sometimes the relationship just grows stale.

Yes he sees niches and goes for them. He then moves to the side once the hard work is done and lets others run it and he seems to know who will be best at that. He is not doing much at POLB just now its just his plan playing out but he has talked animatedly about it I have had chats with the CEO, who is much more reserved, and have extracted enough info from him to reassure me things are looking good, still a gamble of course.

One presumes that there is something more going on that just waiting upon some exalted mandarin, to sign something? "Imminently" would seem to be a poor choice to describe the length of an unknown piece of string. Is it perhaps time to go native in the brown envelope department?!
