I have watched UPL out of morbid fascination at how stupid people can lose their money. Reality sinking in there that UPL don’t have a chance of getting the PSC without entering into a competitive bid situation with companies who have more experience and more importantly more cash. Add in it will be a long time before that happens as more work needs done before bids are invited and all the noise about PSC coming soon that was supporting the price would now seem worthless. The usual suspects are on the ADVFN thread talking it up which in itself is proof its doomed. Priced around £27 million compared to LBE at around £11 million but LBE have a PSC. Long way to fall for UPL I am guessing. Perhaps some of the mugs roped in there will switch to LBE or could work other way and LBE get tarred with the same brush despite being the exact opposite of UPL. Why people did not leave after the fake bid story I don’t know, that was a huge red flag

The RNS can come IMMINENTLY in any of the days of this or next week or month. It can also be an afternoon RNS.
I wonder if the BoD were hoping or did they have inside info, we as shareholders are certainly not aware of the inside workings in Azerbaijan !

Hope the excuses for the TD permits are not because, well government departments changed to Azer gold. Then, summer holidays, people were missing. Then, oh we had to wait till after the elections in September.

Just looking at some on my watchlist. Passing time .
DLAR, has made a over 100% gain over the last 12 months.
It used to be around £12 !!

DOCS has fallen from £5 !!

ALTN doing nicely for KS. I think more to come there . GL KS.

GDR marching along slowly from the last couple of weeks. I think Bumpa and Thiopia are long on that one.
HAT did not have good results so taking a hit !

Gold price dropping? It is $2391/ oz!

In October 2023 it hit a low of $1820/ oz.

Imminent TD news, still caught up in very slow political decisions! Unfortunately gold price dropping as we fail to capitalise. No idea what’s going on, as it makes no sense to me a mere onlooking shareholder. In the meantime, debt increases, which doesn’t bode well for expansive investments in the near future.

CTL on the move again today after the RNS. I must admit there is nothing new in the RNS for me but the market likes the following statement from it I suggest 'The conversion test-work produced multiple samples of lithium carbonate with 99.75% lithium carbonate purity demonstrating that the process achieves targets and is repeatable'.
Last time I spoke to the CFO, Gordon Stein, he was saying that the high grade of the lithium carbonate was raising eyebrows so potential off takers would be easy this RNS is just confirming what had already been mentioned when the initial pilot plant results were known but now the product is in powder form, the product from the pilot plant is liquid and needed shipping to Chicago to do final process, I guess that its fully confirmed so has taken out any possibility that the results were wrong. Anyway up she rises again, not complaining.
Next step for the powder is getting shipped to potential off takers so they can run it through their process to make sure they are happy but with the high purity that is a formality I suggest.

Yes probably Harris they don’t need intelligence just someone to vote for and Harris won’t have any stupid ideas of trying to change anything if by some miracle she won.
I am in the US end next week with a couple of dinners with friends lined up in NY who are democrats my son has already advised staying off politics but I can’t lol some interesting dinners ahead.

Earlier today on Betfair the odds for Hillary Clinton dropped to about 60/1 for next president. That was while Biden was still clinging on. She was about 4th favourite amongst Dems. Absolute madness.

Just anyone half-intelligent and half-decent should beat Trump. I don't understand how he's won the hearts of working class America. The man who was chauffeur driven for his paper round, who borrowed $60m from his Dad, Fred Christ Trump, to start a business. About as working class as Farage and Boris over here.
