06/2/2024 12:25 | Wan I dont read Motley Fool they state bull or bear cases with too much fervour sometimes missing inconvenient facts. The article though does get a lot of the basics from the results in a quick readable format. The £1 by 2028 might be possible but I am not looking past the end of 2024. This is the AIM anything could happen! The writer though has identified the driver of a higher rating as the new facility which being custom built and is able to handle more trials for less beds so also more bang per nurse :0) and so reducing costs as well as increasing throughput. Personally I would expect it to be bought out before £1 as it is a perfect fit for some large multi £billion CROs. As I stated CROs assist pharma companies to do trials, trails have many stages so the more stages you can cover the more you can take from the client and the more likely a client will come to you for a one stop shop. As I said HVO is a supermarket in the newly popular challenge study part of a trial some large CROs do have a challenge study unit but they are small neglected and dont offer the range of trials HVO do so I therefore expect a large CRO, more than likely American, will eye them as a good bolt on to attract customers. That's getting ahead of the game though and I will stick to my 39p for year end. | ![]() pogue
06/2/2024 12:18 | I sense your enthusiasm Pogue and I share it. Well managed company in a booming market with cash in bank and a growing reputation. The effect of the new facilities should be transformational for the bottom line. A completely different beast to the one that attracted previous highs during Covid. | ![]() inaminute

06/2/2024 11:11 | Wrote what sounds like a rampy post on HVO which I have deleted. New improved one below. The battle appears won at 30p and its grinding on up, hell of a graph and I still think its undervalued. My target for the year was a 50% rise from 26p bringing it to 39p which is below its all time high round the 45p mark. They have a large cash pile, which in itself is a good thing right now, and are on the hunt for a bolt on company to enhance their offering. CROs are service companies for pharma trials so the more you can offer them the bigger the piece of the R&D budget you get. HVO are almost unique with their challenge study offering though. There are others but its like comparing a corner shop to a supermarket. Other companies have a very small amount of challenge studies they can do HVO keep turning out more. Add in they are moving to a new custom built facility in Canary Wharf which will expand their ability to do more challenge studies simultaneously and you have the growth, and cost saving, basis for this year. The facility was paid for by a client desperate to get their challenge study done before others. First to market is a big issue for new drugs. The buyers at the moment appear to be instis judging by the RNSs and it was the clear object of Mo Khan the CEO to bring them onboard and get rid of the traders and PIs that had driven the price up previously when it got ahead of itself. Nothing has changed from the last rise only that the model has now been proven and the profits are rolling hence the recovery and the new type of buyer, there is also a nominal div to be started this year after a larger one off one last year, they have too much cash… This is a solid services company in a growth sector. Many pharmas are realising the huge cost saving of doing a challenge study. It provides results fast and cheaper than normal mass population trials typically 25% of the cost with results in weeks compared to. What’s not to like? That’s the kiss of death now lol! Still a bit rampy but its my largest holding by a mile and I believe in it. Please don’t take the above as investment advice I am not a financial advisor just a holder of the shares please DYOR. If you want to discuss or research this company in a sensible forum, ie not the ADVN or LSE troll ridden boards here is a link to the Telegram group | ![]() pogue

Also.. congratulations on the thread... and the contributions from others... it's one of my favourites... although I don't dabble much in oils and minerals... it's a bit of an oasis of calm and knowledge sharing... and I'm sure i'm not the only one who appreciates the efforts of yourself and the other regular contributors.
