No I'm afraid not.
I'd love to of course but the area is still dangerous.

Two journalists were killed by a mine in Kalbajar just this week. This was only 10 miles from Zod. Demining continues.
I suspect there are very few mines actually around the mine itself due to the number of Armenians that were in the vicinity but it is mines placed as the withdrawal happened that are the danger.

For anyone in any doubt about the quality of Zod mine and its ore, here's a snippet showing some beautiful ore.

Armenia continues to scratch around on their side of the border but has no access to the main part of the mine.

ODR, I think you have made a good decision there. I did a top up there yesterday morning. There are a few of us invested in PUR. Not forgetting that Rick Sprott has a major holdings in PUR. Minimum you will double your money there. For me it is a long term hold.
It could end up being a multi bagger too IMHO. NAI ofcourse. I have been in it since 36P days.
GLA in whatever you are invested in.

JSE - The Company has continued working with the seller, OMV New Zealand Limited ("OMV New Zealand"), to satisfy the remaining outstanding conditions to complete the acquisition, in particular the approval of New Zealand Petroleum & Minerals ("NZP&M"). While this work is continuing, the Company expects that completion will occur in the second half of 2021.

In parallel with the NZP&M discussions, the Company is in discussions with OMV New Zealand and expects to extend the long stop date under the Maari sale and purchase agreement, which is currently set at 30 June 2021. The Company will provide an update, once a date has been confirmed.

The Company intends to issue updated production guidance in due course, accounting for a revised expectation on timing to close the Maari asset acquisition and the positive impact of the acquisition of the SapuraOMV Peninsular Malaysia assets announced on 30 April 2021.

Hmm, did seem to be taking a lot longer than expected,,, guessing Mr Market won't like that this morning.... oh what a game this is :-) LOL... grrrrrrr!!

Cheers
Wan :-)

Uranium

Indeed, Fukushima put a big downer on nuclear.

I posted the link to the Yellow Cake presentation......it shows the increase in the number of nuclear plants that are being built and are plannned.....a lot of them by China.

Becuse of the low price of uranium, there has been very little investment in new mines.....indeed some have been mothballed.......but demand is picking up.

There is a company......Uranium Participation Corp. Its been metioned by Rick Rule who is buying junior uranium miners at present. I think it has some tie up with Sprott. Have still to look at it.

The UK will need to go nuclear if we are going to get rid of hydrocarbons as an energy source........its worth having a look at Rolls Royce .....who are developing small "modular" reactors.......think nuclear submarine.......every town could have its own reactor....bit like Springfield in the Simpsons.

Yes, yellow cake buys uranium from Russia and sells it to buyers around the world.
Fukushima put paid to my investments in uranium !!
I did used to have it on my watch list quite some time ago. Now uranium could again be in vogue because of fossil fuel use !! NAI of course.
ATB all.

Wan,yes regarding PUR. It was a genuine mistake by me.
Oh' the PUR Chart has a golden cross on it as well Wan. Many thanks for the chart .👍

Some additional musings on STCM..

The net cash change in year was almost zero if you exclude the effect of FX revaluation on bank deposits.

Net operating cash flow was $22.7m, from which $2.2m net of borrowings were paid down and $2m of lease liabilities. The company also paid $2.9m in income tax in 2020, with the tax charge only being $2.0m - presumably paying 2019 taxes, so next year might be lower. Dividends of 4p were paid in the calendar year (though only 3p related to the accounting year - 1p was the 2020 interim) costing $11.5m, $1.2m paid in financing costs and c$3m spent on Capex.

Due to the expansion of Capex for next year, which sounds promising, and should help improve/maintain margins, I now don't expect a dividend increase in the short-term.

Sooner or later, with borrowings completely done, there will be an additional c$3.5m freed up, maybe more, if these additional rail wagons reduce lease costs? That is based on 2020 numbers, where production was down a little due to unplanned maintenance.

4p dividend cost $11.5m, so there will be room to grow it to 5p per annum fairly comfortably within the next year or two, maybe higher depending on the impact of the capex spending on efficiencies and output - my thoughts.

PUR

Bit of confusion here.

The post on the PUR BB is from last year.....its taken from the H-L site, PUR, news tab.

There has been a rise/jump in the PUR share price .....but the info in the post on the PUR BB is not the reason.

=====
I have bought a few....in anticipation of the news to come (7.00 tomorrow??)....which is/will be the cause of the share price jump.

NSCI has had a rollicking good few days BUT

IF we break c.£2 it looks to have potential to go much higher (maybe even all time highs of £20)

Mkt Cap at £2 is only c.£30m
