POG - IRC announced that the Russian Federal Service for Environmental, Technological, and Nuclear Supervision has initiated an administrative offence proceeding against K&S in the Obluchensky District Court of the Jewish Autonomous Region, in Russia, for operating the K&S project without the requisite approvals. The Company understands that no court date has been set and that K&S will continue to operate as usual. The potential outcome of the administrative offence proceeding is unclear. The Company understands that if K&S is found to have committed an offence a fine may be imposed by the court and/or K&S may be required to suspend its operations until the required formalities are completed and necessary approvals are received.

I'm not up to speed on this situation!

JLP - Jubilee, a leader in metals processing with operations in Africa (AIM: JLP/Altx: JBL), is pleased to announce a further substantial acquisition of the rights to 944 000 tonnes of PGM containing tailings in the Eastern Limb of the PGM-rich Bushveld Complex. This comes in quick succession to the PGM Supply Agreements entered in to and the acquisition of 255 000 tonnes of PGM containing material in the Western Limb, as announced on 3 June 2021.

"For the MRx-4DP0004 program, as COVID-19 hospitalizations continue to decline with the increase in vaccinations, the voluntary discontinuation of enrollment into our COVID-19 study enables 4D pharma to focus our efforts and resources on developing our novel LBP for the treatment of asthma. We look forward to elucidating important findings regarding the potential of our oral, gut-restricted, single strain LBPs to exert potent effects on the human immune system with therapeutic effects in organs and tissues away from the gut."

The first-in-human Phase I/II trial is a two part, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of MRx-4DP0004 in patients taking long-term medication for asthma. Patients receive oral MRx-4DP0004 or placebo twice daily for 12 weeks.

No idea how the market will view todays RNS!!!

Agreed and to be totally direct, it was your well researched posts that convinced me to pay more than I wanted when you were making a noise.

Quiet threads with a few well thought out points always attract my interest, I’ve a feeling MBO will get whacamole treatment every spike and a few numpties for good measure; but see past trader noise, it’s a interesting business, possibly right place, right time if they launch new avenues efficiently. I’m speculating a well thought out and appealing U.K business and revenue stream would create a whole new level of interest for MBO tick, tock as some would say.

If i look at everything i am aware of and have fully researched right now ... MBO stands out as by far the best value & hence i will keep buying it ... the market is still only slowly catching on & I'll gladly take the uninformed sellers stock

Yes, 4D and EML have been as much fun as sitting in nettles for a few months but both showed signs of life today. With ANIC also on the move my spreadbet account had a 20% move today, which was nice

not a recommendation in any way whatsoever but, I have taken a 'punt' with a very, very small sum in WSBN.
Could 10-bag or could go bust so, this is akin to a bet on the 4.30pm at Lingfield & therefore sized accordingly.

This is interesting that Volkswagen are looking at getting into mining or at least the sourcing of metals.
