03/6/2021 12:17 | NASDAQ looks ready to roll over. I expect they will need to push the DXY down to save it. | brasso3
03/6/2021 12:13 | Price ≠ value | king suarez
03/6/2021 12:12 | AAZ has developed the frustrating habit of not responding to a move higher in the price of gold but managing to retreat each time the price of gold falls back!! | yasx
03/6/2021 12:09 | not that it matters in the long run but massively annoying to see the company lose about 7-8 million mcap with trades of about 80k shares over the last 2 days! | doc_oj
03/6/2021 11:37 | Katsy, this so called pandemic does seem to be a vast social experiment to enforce changes. Less messy than a global war to achieve similar aims. One hopes it will result in sound money based upon gold, since AAZ is in the gold business. | lefrene
03/6/2021 11:21 | What is more worrying is just how quiet all banks have been over every single lockdown policies the world over. It's almost like they are happy with the total destruction of world economies. Then again they're the ones behind the 6uild 6ack 6etter policy that every world leader keeps talking about. | katsy
03/6/2021 11:15 | Alas gutterhead, it's all a guess. There's something very weird going on, it seems banks are preferring to overnight/weekend their money in treasuries via the Repo-market at 0%, rather than sit in dollars. What has got these banks worried? . | lefrene
03/6/2021 10:53 | Caerus Mineral Resources CMRS - very interesting co! Multiple Copper / Gold projects plus prospective Joint Ventures (JV) with Jubilee Metals LSE:JLP £11m mkt cap. | someuwin
03/6/2021 10:45 | not too sure of the £5 6 7 8 9 prediction although I liked the sound of it 😂 does look like the PM market is building up to the perfect storm and Lefrene, you've summed it up well | gutterhead
03/6/2021 10:42 | Capital (CAPD) has been promoted to the FTSE Small Cap and the FTSE All Share indexes so could be a little bit of tracker buying, which would be nice 👍 | fozzie
03/6/2021 10:26 | KS, I agree short term and traders will se the price worked. I dare say those engaged in the business know that they are looking at the end of an era. Whether it will end on the 1st July or 1st of January remains to be seen. The big players have had plenty of time to use the paper markets to keep prices down whilst they stock up on the real physical thing. Once the paper game is over it would seem to me that the big players will then see best advantage in sharply driving up the price of precious metals so that they will flatter their balance sheets as tier 1 assets. I do wish AAZ would/could get some news out. | lefrene
03/6/2021 10:22 | yep, she's flying higher and higher :-) well done chaps, cheers Wan :-) | wanobi
03/6/2021 10:22 | someone had to shout about it RB .. the Nomad/Broker has never issued any coverage or research on the company in the 12 years they've acted for them - presumably because they've not needed to pass round the begging bowl. The company is growing at an incredible rate and that has been accelerated by COVID | mattjos
03/6/2021 10:12 | Have to agree with you MJ even if I disagree you did shout about it too much before :) | riggerbeautz
03/6/2021 09:48 | Alasdair Mcleod 32 minutes in, comments on likely effect from Basel III eliminating unallocated gold. (the whole thing is worth listening to) | lefrene
03/6/2021 09:46 | lefrene, yup I expect higher gold price long term, just think there is a strong possibility of a slight retrace short-term, simply based on the fact it has risen over $200 with hardly a pull-back. You know - traders.. | king suarez
03/6/2021 09:37 | NSCI NAV 200p Share Price 75p Given the potential of NSCI's two biggest holdings to multibag and 2 principals own 60% of stock this looks a no brainer for serious return potential | the stigologist
03/6/2021 09:31 | MBO broken out again today and on the way | mattjos
03/6/2021 09:16 | Well i read so much about inflation. Its going up, its not going up, its going down, we have stag flation. I think we all know we are in a inflation period now. Governments and people can spin as much as they want, we can all see we have inflation at this moment and its only going to get worse. Gold, well i see it heading north in the future. But from day to day it can do anything. We know Basil 111 should push the price higher, but its that well manipulated who would bet on it. Not me. We could be seeing the price pushed down to try and shake those that have gone long because they know Basil 111 is coming. I am not a gambler, I will stick to holding AZZ and taking whatever comes my way. | gold finger 1
03/6/2021 09:11 | KS, it's well known that there is a shortage of actual metal to be had. It's the paper markets that distort the price. Once this era is over and Basel III kicks in, it will be of interest to see who owns the most actual gold and silver. | lefrene
03/6/2021 08:56 | Gold has been on a strong run and is probably overbought on a technical basis right now so could drift a little short-term. | king suarez
03/6/2021 08:35 | many thanx pogue, cheers Wan :-) a good solid long term trend :-) free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | wanobi
03/6/2021 08:20 | CF at ORPH has been quiet for a while, unlike him, but last night he gave an hour long presentation, mainly Q&A,to the faithful. The big take from it among all the money making options the company has going forward is he is very, very keen to buy more shares when he is allowed, end of June after accounts are out. For a man who put most of his capital into the company 2 years ago that says there is a lot more to come from the company. | pogue
