11/6/2021 09:58 | Yeah the MM’s will hold the order (if one goes in for 148p) to attempt to get some stock for a while before either giving up filling it and moving it or using the stock they shook free. Seems bizarre to me, surely just easier to get on, quote and move it but they do this consistently so there must be some science behind it Golf calls…. Have fun | jbravo2
11/6/2021 09:56 | they often do this Friday om but, not 10:00 in the morning, fgsake | mattjos
11/6/2021 09:53 | Cannot get a price for even 500 shares … ridiculous | mattjos
11/6/2021 09:45 | Not really Matt. There’s a quote for 100 @ 148. Of course you can get the 10k the last MM is showing for that price but without sellers it will move | jbravo2
11/6/2021 09:40 | anyone offered any stock just now? | mattjos
11/6/2021 09:38 | News must be getting very close now. Would not be surprised if we put on a little move today | donald pond
11/6/2021 08:04 | great post by MT on main JSE thread this morning, many thanx MT, re-posted here also,,,, cheers Wan :-) Share-price performance since Jadestone Energy listed in London on 28th September 2018 - a period during which Brent has averaged a circa $33/bbl (39%) fall in price: +447% - Touchstone Energy +100% - Jadestone Energy +23% - Serica Energy +21% - Petrotal -29% - Savannah Energy -30% - Exxon -39% - Cairn Energy -39% - Brent -46% - Enquest -47% - Shell -48% - BP -59% - US Oil Fund ETF(USO) -78% - Tullow Energy -86% - Premier Oil -90% - I3 Energy Brent $84.94 - End Sept 2018 $72.50 - June 2021 $51.75 - Average since Sept 2018 As Einstein famously taught us "Everything is Relative according to one's reference frame!" By any objective analysis the share price performance of Jadestone Energy relative to the wider O&G market and Brent, has been outstanding since its September 2018 London listing - with the company now positioned extremely well to continue that outperformance in H2/2021 and beyond. | wanobi
11/6/2021 07:39 | JSE - Further to the Group's 22 April 2021 announcement of the intention to declare a second 2020 dividend following the completion of the capital reduction, the directors have today declared a dividend of 1.08 US cents/share (or equivalent to 0.77 GB pence/share based on the current spot exchange rate of 0.7087), equivalent to a total distribution of US$5.0 million. The dividend will be paid on a gross basis, in US dollars. Importantly, and in contrast to the Group's maiden dividend payment, this dividend will be paid to shareholders without Canadian withholding tax, thereby underscoring one of the benefits of our recent internal reorganisation and redomicile to the UK. 10/6/2021 23:19 | As of today, we do not have one single supplier that has not now notified us of price increases on raw materials / components … and some of the price increases are in the 25-35% region. Input cots are rising quicker now than i have ever witnessed in the last 25 years & that is combined with increased lead times. Just about impossible to get hold of certain grades of engineering steel, stainless steel & silver-based electrical connectors. Industrial wheels, rollers, castors are all up circa 4-8% Bearings are up circa 9-12% Shipping costs are all up with the main international road, air & sea freight forwarders & border controls on movement of goods suddenly became hugely strict start of this year .. not just to/from Europe but, across all international territories. Look at Petrol & Diesel ! The next thing to go up will be the next round of RPI/CPI-based upward only rent costs & then Rates will follow. It will not be long before Wage pressure emerges and strengthens. Employees ain't daft. The only thing that will actually reverse these price increases is another global wave of Covid, imo …. that will only be transitory as you just cannot keep backing up demand like this ad infinitum. The Central Banks desperately need inflation to rise to try and start eroding the debt levels & they are doing all they can to hold the interest rate line at Zero & stoke the inflationary pressure in the background … they are going to get what they've been trying for this last 12 years & in spades … we're heading onto an inflationary bust at some point .. expect ALL Hard assets to go into price overdrive shortly. No way will they keep Gold down for much longer .. it has to move soon and move hard & fast, imo. | mattjos

10/6/2021 19:04 | S.I.E NSCI is in serious bull mode with value inflection catalysts imminent News due on all 3 of its big 'game changing investments' ProAxsis - securing a global in-licence deal for a covid test AstraZeneca developed internally is an indicator these guys punch well above their weight PDSB - After publishing incredibly exciting early Proof of Concept data in a Phase I/II cancer trial they will be hosting an Oncology R&D Day where their Partners just the US Government 'National Cancer Institute' will have 3 scientists presenting on their behalf! Glycotest - has been very much in stealth mode but clinical trials approaching completion and gearing up for commercialisation phase (just happen to have Chinese conglomerate Fosun as 55-45 JV partner who are Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine partner in China) I am accumulating | the stigologist

10/6/2021 18:18 | Wan, wake me up when EVG breaks 10p. It's leaky form, so any surge past would be time to watch out either way. Meantime, snooze mode and making the most of the South Coast this week. | riggerbeautz
10/6/2021 17:31 | Well guys. I can only post how I play the market. I am mainly buy and sit on my hands guy. Now if I feel a share is going to play out in the long run I average up. Oh' I can be wrong at times too. But the market has been kind to me many times. So I can't complain over all. Like Wan says quite often "Oh' what a game it is". We are all different and we all play the market differently. I don't hold many companies in my portfolio these days. I think I have become a bit complacent as I am getting older. ATB and GLA in whatever you have investments in. | bwana4 |
