Stephen Westhead still can't get into the country which is not good news . gold is still having to be privately chartered out so perhaps we wont get drilling reports soon. It is so frustrating. Apparently according to someone on the other BB the JV is just a case of paperwork now so it can't be long in coming. Lets hope it gets this moving in the right direction. I will go for a ladder please WAN !!

Stephen has been in UK for duration of lockdown. Azerbaijan haven't opened borders yet. But that should mean he can focus on huge amount of data he already has. It's been over a year since Hardman suggested we had a huge porphyry deposit. Is it unreasonable to hope for confirmation in that time?

I agree GG . We have been told its because they couldn't get a geologist on site . Is that still the case ? It hasn't stopped other companies producing drilling reports recently !!

gold-finger, that about sums it up and this a.m. is no better with actual gold braying down the door of 1800 and we still don't move, yet nearly all other goldies are making the ffort. Just pleased I don't have all my eggs in the one basket.

Gold touching $1800, and good news not far away, and people sell? Makes no sense, one suspects manipulation and accumulation, all the fun of the AiM.

I just wish they'd publish some drilling results. JV's or new projects haven't significantly moved the dial for AAU, SHG, HUM etc.

will our next move in this crazy game be AAZ landing on a 'ladder or a snake' jeanesy???,, that's now the question I see,, just because we have a JV on the table doesn't mean it's necessarily a good one or will actually happen,,, we have all put our trust in management to make sure it is,,, we'll just have to wait and see,, but, the next RNS will be a snake or ladder one me thinks :-) LOL,,, oh what a game!!

I am so bored here...would be delighted with a takeover at 170/180. I've got so many that's the only way I can escape!

Well if those MM's are trying to bore us into submission with AAZ then they are nearly working .. come on give us some news. Other goldies produce regular updates on drilling and exploration atmo despite the challenges . We have been waiting an age for what is going to happen next and the shareprice is suffering as a result !!

Lets face facts here.
We are being sold down the river by the MM's and their mates.
We have been in this price range now for just over a year.
Ever time they do rise it because the gold price has gone up,they use any news or the slightest drop in gold to drop the price.
They have a seller who for some reason is happy to take the price they are given in that range. The buyer is happy to take them of their hands in that same range.
I can see gold continuing going up with AAZ getting a slight rise with it.
Then we get the production RNS telling us what we know that grades are slightly down
so production figures will show a slight decline. So ignore more record profits and drop the price again. This looks like the norm until the seller has finished. Then and only then will you see the share price move north to fair value.
We are just pawns to make up the numbers for their games.

Hardman used $6,000 ton for copper slightly below current price of $2.75lb. They used $20 for silver which is not material as the silver production has little effect to valuation at this stage.

RENX worth's look imo, has partnered with a US healthcare provider with 30m clients and also if you buy today you get free shares in a company they are looking to spin off in future. With a Nasdaq listing to come it is going places

What price did Hardman use for silver and copper credits?

Mattjos

I can confirm from their Report that Hardman used a long term gold price of $1,600 for all forecasts.....some 20% less than current gross profit levels using $1,795 an ounce.....thus using current pricing would make their valuation alone 217p....even if you said simplistically that the current sales price of $1,795 is 12% more that would get a valuation of 202p.

The gold chart really looking interesting now. I think many people believed it would turn lower at 1,800 for a significant period to form the 'handle'.I tend to disagree & see 1,900 as the likely lip of the cup with 1,800 providing the support below for the handle formation to consolidate on before the huge, huge breakout to ATH's that is coming. Could well be that we see 1,800 breached pretty quickly now with a subsequent run on towards the mid 1,800's.Will the coming 5 months run to the USA election & growing risk of second global wave prove the backdrop and timescale for the pattern to complete? If so, AAZ could be producing Gold for the rest of this year with gold averaging 1,800+. I forget the Hardman gold price assumption for rest of the year but, don't recall it being thins high. Our Profits & FCF are going to be pretty chunky & so too is the growing cash pile. It's going to make a mockery of the current share price Come on AAZ .. lets hear about some future plans please. We're all fed up being kept in suspenders now :-)

CAML would be my choice - but it is only half copper (albeit world class low cost) - rest is zinc/lead.

Can't understand anyone buying ANTO - eye-wateringly expensive.

Other main one is KAZ but you have to live with high debt levels and an expensive foray into Russia over the next few years (mines more gold than AAZ mind you).
