The amazing thing about Bitcoin is that there is only around 70m users on the planet. What happens if it becomes more adopted by 5% of the population?

I watched the Raoul Pal interview with Cambridge House this afternoon, very interesting stuff, very clever guy. I will now watch 'The Bitcoin Standard' docu on YouTube. I think I have seen an etf on HL for Bitcoin?, I will check that out, thanks Brasso.

Do you mean the 50,000 shares that were canceled then sold again.
The same amount that was bought after hours yesterday.
Lots of games being played here with the share price

BTC

My first advice would be to read 'The Bitcoin Standard' book (available on audiobook) or watch the youtube documentary that is a simpler education. Watch some Raoul Pal discussion on Real Vision available on youtube.

I invest in Bitcoin and Ethereum through Coinbase. I also hold share in ARB. I will soon be investing in BTCE (an exchange traded cryptocurrency (ETC) that tracks the price of Bitcoin.)

In summary think of BTC as a 10 bagger or bust with a higher likelihood on the former. :)

I would not invest more than 10% of my wealth in it. Some of the big investors would be more cautious and only recommend 1%.

value will eventually out with STCM. That is a stock to simply buy, tuck away in your SIPP or ISA to avoid tax on the dividend and keep nibbling away regularly throughout the years. The yield is phenomenal & the mkt cap is fraction of the asset value.
Is probably far too boring for most AIM punters but, that is exactly the kind of stock what you should have in your SIPP, imo. Quietly compounding, tax-free 10%+ yield. No need to rack up trading costs with it. Just buy and hold and one morning you'll see an Offer RNS for the business at way above mkt price.

Thanks Pantsonfire for PXC. Good stuff by you and others on LSE. Really seem to go about their business in the manner of a forward looking company! Invested today to hold.

I m intrigued at how AAZ isn't a lot higher considering gold prices are now above 1800. All the analyst estimates were based on much lower average gold price.Without a doubt if production levels and shipments have been as expected, which the company confirmed ten days ago, we should expect a positive report in the next RNS with revenues a lot higher this year (and hence profits and cash) ..What am I missing? Why is AAZ's share price so inelastic to gold price?

I am intrigued by Bitcoin. I know the very bare bones of it and would be interested in learning more about it. I think Brasso is the only poster that i have seen make reference to it in posts. Is the best way to gain exposure to physically buy BTC or is it easier/safer/better to buy a miner like ARB? Just thinking what sort of world we are going to be looking at going forward. We all know the answer is not to just keep printing money. I have Gold, Silver and Copper aplenty, should i be looking at Bitcoin as the digital currency of the future?

According to Geoffrey Nunberg, the image entered the English language in the middle of the 19th century.[1] An early example is a fable printed in 1858 in which an Arab miller allows a camel to stick its nose into his bedroom, then other parts of its body, until the camel is entirely inside and refuses to leave.[2] Lydia Sigourney wrote another version, a widely reprinted poem for children, in which the camel enters a shop because the workman does not forbid it at any stage.[3]

My main man lucky mouse gave me the following feedback yesterday. I can't post images here or else I'd whack in his chart...

AAZ - tricky read - monthly chart so requires patience
- 1st is the huge dbl btm has completed hence consoldtg - completed 5 waves up from base
- 2nd is its building up hidden bullish dvg & the 5th wave up from the dbl btm neckline is missing - perhaps interrupted
Seeing as both TSI & Williams are well above mid id say the chances are good that squeeze eventually breaks up
The CV shock only brought it back briefly to the neckline which means it held - gold is v firm - so could do with a bit of good news to give it a nudge

Been thinking that myself. Not much happening here. Like it's swimming in glue while all the other mining companies are rising.
