Good morning all.
I have taken my initial investment out of AVCT. I was going to do that @£1.50.
But a few pennies less. I will let the rest ride on.
The CEO of AVCT is a pratt!! He is clueless about business. The Arab will run circles around him.
Ah well it is the AIM after all.
AMC CEO is a bigger pratt !!

LOL Wan all these gaps !! First AVCT and now PUR !! I will just sit back and watch what develops next.
I hope you did your DYOR on POG.

It is too hot here. A wood about 20 miles from where I am caught fire yesterday. Helicopters from Turkey and the Greek side had to help this lot control the fire !! It has been put out now.

It’s not unusual for CEO’s to be clueless when it comes to market mechanics, for want of a better phrase. They can be akin to a goldfish being thrown in with the sharks...

I sincerely hope those cancer treatments come good,, for AVCT, the CEO and mankind, that's for sure and in many ways it's a shame that cv19 has come along and changed the picture/focus for them,,, Cheers Wan :-)

Naive is probably correct, the fund raising wasn't good timing either. He has to wake up and realize he is being badly advised first though to start to resolve the issue.

yep, they need a heavy hitter on the board and better representation, something I’ve said from the beginning. I hope they make it still - and for the original cancer treatments - but they are concerns.

They may have to wait for brokers notes to be finalised. The last Hardman one was a big effort. Who knows but gold at 1750 again

agree Bumpa, the CEO needs to be the CSO and buy in an experienced CEO else he's gonna come a cropper the was he's going on,,, I like the guy, think his work is awesome, even his presentation skills and salesmanship aren't bad,,,, BUT, I've been of the same opinion all along, he ain't no businessman and he needs to get one alongside himself and soon in my honest, humble opinion,,, fwiw,,, cheers Wan :-)

Had a quick go at 157 but mm's pulled their RSP’s - a dangerous stock to short as probably the number one retail play still.

I don’t think the BoD is untrustworthy, naive yes.

HG - ALTN - fwiw,, I've been in and out of it,,,, wish I'd just held, but there you go we live and learn :-) LOL,,, seriously though I think it becomes more de-risked as time goes by so I'm in it now for the LT,,, I think it could be a great turn around story if the management are up to the challenge,,, we shall see,,, as for the numbers, KS, our expert accountant is also in it which bodes well :-) I wish you the very best of luck, cheers Wan :-)

The bod has told us after the results that they know what investors are looking to hear in the much anticipated update tomorrow

It is this lack of info that has held the price back here while other miners have progressed considerably more

We know the brokers are lined up to issue new notes which would not be the case unless something very significant is going to be said

Morning.

I’d be interested for peoples views on Altyn. I have a significant investment in it and consider it one of the best risk reward plays in the gold miner space. Not without risk and a somewhat chequered history but a recent $20million debt based capital injection for new plant appears to be improving production. The main point is they have 5.25 million oz of Jorc reserves with another 3 million resources and could double that over time. The assets are world class. Reminds me in some respects of AAZ and where they were 3-4 years ago... all the best.
