I have to say this is the best run, honest AIM company i have been in over the last 16 years, so ever. Every other one i have been in the managements have all lied.
I have only been in here for the past 18 months but had been watching from the sidelines for a while. I wanted to get in but just kept looking at the chart thinking,
i don't want to be sat on top of that spike. But the more this management did, the more i started to believe they were nothing like the other charlatans, that there are many out there.
What you need is a very good board of directors, management and the workers on the ground. We have that here.

Well it seems that the real ries in gold will start towards the end of this year, beginning of next.
Well that will suit AAZ, it will give them time to get one of those new targets up and
running. We know it will take a year to get to production. Then they will be able to ramp up production into a rising gold price.
Not that todays gold price is not very good.
Lots of news to arrive here over the coming months and years.
For the last year we have been doing a lot of exploration and building a large cash pile. I think from here we will start to see how the management intend to spend that cash pile to get us to a mid cap miner.
In the meantime, we will just have to comfort ourselves with a boring company, that is making record profits and paying a healthy divi.
If you are looking for a steady growth company, with a healthy divi, this is a place to be. If you are looking for a gamble, this is not the place to be.

Well if people didn't think the high street was dying before this virus they will see it very soon.
We have seen in this lockdown that people can work from home. SO how many companies will think, why are we paying for these expensive offices when we don't need them.
This will be the final nail in the coffin for the high street.
They will soon be turned into apartments or just demolished and turned into housing.
Well we need housing a lot more than we need a high street.
Aimo.

Taking AVCT as an example, if it is not successful there are a lot of people that won't be able to cash out paper profits, those that buy anywhere near the top will get seriously burnt, but people will make money on the way up.
