Banboo Yes you are good with Charts. I have seen your input many years ago on the TRX BB.
A bit confusing one today with AAZ though. I do mine my way.LOL.
JORC RNS and it will blow all these charts out of the window. IMO.

Don’t you just get a feeling that something is brewing, something more than the expected newsflow,that we’re all going to benefit from.

SW’s purchase came as a pleasant surprise for me and a massive vote of confidence to boot.

The imminent Gadir jorc followed by exploration updates, operational/production news, guidance and initiatives will all be game changers here.

Likelyhood of a 6p divi 2019, heliborne survey assisting in targeting prospective exploration sites, 4 areas adjacent to Gadir showing prospective interest, underground Gedabek could be a real bonanza, exploration of Ugur both lateral and depth, Gosha undergoing further exploration, Ordubad looking highly prospective, the rest of Gedabek 300 km sq acreage likely to host many more economically prospective targets. Oh and we are cash generative.

It tells me there will be predators circling, certainly II interested parties plus offers dropping on Reza’s desk of collaboration and expansion.

Definitely think there’s a good wind blowing our way.

Well good luck for the future BA, just as AAZ move down the risk scale you've decided to move back to higher risk reward!
Certainly it's only HUM which could quadruple this year on simply delivering on their existing plan, but it is also only HUM which could tap up shareholders/dilute as they discover the real cost of sorting everything out is far higher than they have rather cryptically suggested might be the case. You'd think they'd be keen to spell it out simply to dispel doubt.
They also seemed to want to run before they could walk with investments in other miners which frankly were disastrous.
Then there's the problem of whether the boards interests are aligned. Oh sure they make money if the share price goes up with their options but frankly seeing as they're getting 30m @1p they're laughing even with the share price destruction they've currently overseen. Disgraceful options.
All in all, as you've gathered, I'm baffled. But good luck.

thanks for the proactive article jeanesy.

admit i only scan read it quickly but saw no mention of ugur, though was of gosha.
something on ugur, not least speed of transition from first drills to full on - and v. easy/cheap GOLD oxide production, fully utilising $50-mn AL plant + $10+mn SART - would have helped butter the enticing anticipation of [another, hopefully similar] greenfield discovery.

also noted statement aaz now $2.9-mn net debt.....
wasn't that ~ end of h1?
been net cash +ve since july hasn't it?
+ though something on the dividend, omitted reference to it being targeted as 25% of free cash flow; indeed something to whet appetite of income seekers.
[i'd like it if went yet further, to explain that for next 2 years, aaz set up to produce 90k+ ge pa, with modest capex demand for exploration + development - as so much heavy lifting re plant/infrastructure achieved. point being, the fcf is probably going to grow....]

wish proactive had passed this by bill morgan for editing.

85p was printed in Jan 2011. Today we traded a few just below 85p … only fleetingly though. Looks to me like it briefly dipped back today to that 85p level to check for support … & found it fast and hard! Should be ready to go from here

Did that article also confirm that the Heli survey is now complete? Aside from any analysis of the results.

expanding the time frame of your chart a little, red area is what you've focused on,,,,,,, I can see AAZ could indeed rise very soon if it stays within the upward trend lines & above the horizontal support line,,,

Cannot understand selling AAZ to buy into HUM. Seems like a gamble to me at present. I will not touch HUM until the structural issue with the mine becomes clear.

I am hanging on to my 60k shares broken-arrow1 as I cannot see anything else out there that is low risk, has no debt, has real prospects of finding substantial more resource, has an inflation proof product, pays a fat divi, and last but not least has possibly the most honest and competent management of anything else in the market. But good luck with your punt.

Wan - shorts covered into the 2530 hit, AH currently standing at 2552.

There’s plenty more ‘tests’ on the way down to 2000. I still think the Fed will give the market something to work with this week.
