When Jo Battershill started the AYM share price was 4p, after he made a few trips to the bucket shop and lined his own pockets for two years the share price has lost 66%. Go figure. Well done Jo.

Silver mines is another loss making company where directors are free riding on shareholders cash.

He hasn’t been “poached” he’s jumping ship due to personal financial greed…

Silver Mines is a £120m market cap company so has been poached by a higher division.https://www.silvermines.com.au/He knows it well having been a director for 6 years...maybe too good an opportunity to pass on.Seems a friendly handover and Jo staying on board which i think is important and I'm sure since he is not taking over until January at Silver Mines he could be instrumental in finding the right person to take over the reins here.

Jo Battershill issued half the market in shares, the assets are still there but shareholder value has been destroyed. He’s staying on to trouser a few more quid for himself.

We have the assets and we are working through a process to monetise them..Jo's put the building blocks in place for this to happen and new CEO will continue to do the same
