Anglesey Mining plc (AIM: AYM), the UK minerals development company, announces that Jonathan (Jo) Battershill has informed the Board of his resignation as Chief Executive Officer of the Company in order to take up a position as Managing Director of Silver Mines Limited, an ASX-listed, silver development company, in Australia, in which he is currently a Non-Executive Director, effective 1st January 2024.

Very little stock on offer compared to recent times, IG are asking a premium for just £3k of shares currently.

Zanaga Iron Ore continues to rerate, up another 20% today, the stock has quadrupled in 12 months.

Can only be a matter of time before AYM receives similar attention and rerate.

IMO they are close to announcing taking their holding in Grängesberg to 100%, this is the most obvious (and least costly) route to a significant value event as they would then have options to spin out, sell, JV or secure project finance for the Iron Ore arm.

Something is brewing here, if material news is released you will not be able to touch the sides at the current share price.

It's quality iron ore at 70% grade as pellets or better. This is the ore required for all the new green furnaces that Sweden are installing and others are following.

Also I think I read at depth the ore becomes magnetite at which point extraction should become easier. The resource apparently is also open at depth, so mine life could well be extended with future exploration. No real information on Apatite resources in ground, except as by product from production. I believe Apatite achieves around $150 per ton! That's not including the possible 0.8% REE contained within the Apatite. All this info is in public domain, but it's scattered around, takes more than a few Google searches.

Very little stock on offer recently, makes you wonder if some corporate event is about to happen.

CEO said they could acquire 100% of Grängesberg (they now have 49.75%) if so a variety of value enhancing options would be available for AYM.

Buyers have been nibbling away in this tightly held stock over the last few weeks.
