Seems they had further interest from investors following the last fundraise..on the same terms.I would imagine it gives them a runway to firming up some Northern Zone potential and getting to a FS with as much of a indicated resource as possible as that makes the economics of development look even stronger.Everything being done around Parys is to this end.The machinations of the other interests need a clearer road map to how the company intends demonstrating the value or how they can be monetised. The fact that pre development and production miners need funding to maximise the investment case should be no surprise to anyone who has ever invested in explorers , mining or oil..its what has to happen to prove the full potential value.

THE owners of Gberg could never get £100m to re-open their site.
Why do AYM believe that they can achieve this when they cannot get venture capitalists to invest in Parys.
There is just too much risk.
Another raise to take place early 2024. Juno to be protected again though.
What odds on this being a true penny share by next Spring?

Maybe the reason for the placing is that they need it for immediate action on G-berg?

At least they got the placing away at 1.5p - could have been worse.

GRANGX still sinking - down from 57 to 38.5 over the last month.

Of course, Mr Varma was not involved in any decisions 🤣🤣🤣

“The person responsible for arranging for the release of this announcement on
behalf of Anglesey is Danesh Varma”

“The Directors of the Company, excluding Danesh Varma, having consulted with the
Company's Nominated Adviser, J&E Davy, consider that the terms of the
transaction are fair and reasonable insofar as shareholders are concerned”

They can`t even print corcect information about Juno debt.
Looks as if we owe £3,413,750million. Is this £3 billion plus???
I do know that Juno received just under 1m share free-gratis (reducing their debt).
Money in the old guys pocket and their share value is kept the same whilst ordinary shareholders will see a dilution.
What a mess this company is.
They should be looked at by the FSA

17-May-2022
the total number of Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company in issue will be 280,175,721

25-July-2023
the total number of Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company in issue will be 420,093,017

As expected, AYM is advancing towards the 1 billion shares in issue at a fraction of a penny each. I’d say they raised now because they know the price will tank on release of annual financial report in September.

Another raise was exactly as some of us forecasted for this company.
This will not be the last.Expect another issue by early 2024.
The money pit just gets deeper and deeper.
Will the share price dip even further than current levels? Probably.
This is fast becoming a true junk share.

How much cash has now been raised since Jo Battershill started? They’ve only drilled ten holes in two years with it.

It looks to me most of the cash is being poured in the corporate expenses trough for the pigs to feed on.

All I see going on is dilution to pay down debt built up by Varma and Kearney at Grangersberg since 2007

Big Jo doing what Big Jo does best, dilute - Mr Debt suggested the fellow was a spiv in one of his earlier posts on this thread, it is way past time this company actually delivered something meaningful instead of dilution and misery on its shareholder base.

He talked about acquiring 100% of Grängesberg within a few months in a interview at the start of the year, suggesting it could be sold or IPO'ed soon after, since then nothing.

The guy needs to get out of his bunker and explain.

Trader465. I hope you’re wrong, but I fear that you are right. I don’t see any data that justifies optimism here … just wishful thinking. I’ve mentally written off my entire holding. Maybe I’ll be proved wrong, but I very much doubt it,

Losses will have ballooned since the last full year accounts as the financial year ends in March, therefore the last full year (March 2022) didn’t include a full year of all the snouts in the trough.
