How much cash has now been raised since Jo Battershill started? They’ve only drilled ten holes in two years with it.

It looks to me most of the cash is being poured in the corporate expenses trough for the pigs to feed on.

Big Jo doing what Big Jo does best, dilute - Mr Debt suggested the fellow was a spiv in one of his earlier posts on this thread, it is way past time this company actually delivered something meaningful instead of dilution and misery on its shareholder base.

He talked about acquiring 100% of Grängesberg within a few months in a interview at the start of the year, suggesting it could be sold or IPO'ed soon after, since then nothing.

The guy needs to get out of his bunker and explain.

Losses will have ballooned since the last full year accounts as the financial year ends in March, therefore the last full year (March 2022) didn’t include a full year of all the snouts in the trough.

At any level the downside risk is always 100%.

Caution need approaching annual financials due in September. These will be the first full year accounts since Joe Battershill started and director salaries were reinstated two years ago. IMO the next financials will show a huge increase in losses and the price will be hit hard. We’ll see if I am correct come September.

It is noticeable that 'Big Jo' (CEO) has not come out of his bunker since he shafted his loyal shareholders via the 1.5p placing, Big Jo does like his city spiv chums it seems.

Hard to believe this was happily trading around 4p-5p under the old brigade yet as soon as Big Jo comes onto the scene the share price drops like a rock.

The big question is are the shareholders about to be rewarded for their outstanding loyalty and patience, at current levels there can be little downside so Mr Debt suggests the answer is yes, the question is by how much ?

Would like to think the silence from the company is for a reason, maybe some corporate action.

There is nothing in the share price currently, the projects are valued at near zero, quite unbelievable given the progress made.

The broker has re-iterated their circa 12p valuation for example, it would not take much volume for this to double or even treble in price, is that catalyst about to come ?

I sense a decent move coming, over recent weeks a number of these sector minnows have received serious re-rates, the most recent being EEE, interest the broker retains their 10p+ target price.

It would only take one decent piece of news to attain a strong move up.

Have been adding a few in a very thin market.
