25/5/2021 14:45 | Agree in the real timeline of the life of the Parys mountain project the 15 plus years this gang have been in charge is but a speck. I will now consider development over a hundred years to be rapid...but bet metals come off just at that point as they start mining Mars. | kooba
25/5/2021 14:37 | Thousands of years since mining started What's a few more decades. | hyper al
25/5/2021 14:30 | Every year you go back same story ..on the cusp and bullish on metals prices...never any progress." the project was started in the Bronze Age ..though I wasn't there then" ha ha ha...just feels like it ! | kooba
25/5/2021 14:28 | Not me talking about the merits of the zinc price and its all go its the ceo of 15 years...please take the corner seat. | kooba
25/5/2021 14:26 | You can't get funding for a copper mine based on the zinc price, neither is it economically viable to re-open an Iron ore mine based on the zinc price. Go sit in the stupid corner with Al | trader536

25/5/2021 14:05 | 'Why sit on their hands when the prices are low' Because they don't know how long prices will remain low, perhaps the lows may have continued for another decade, how are they to get funding and investors interested when prices are too low to make the project economically viable? C'mon Al I thought you were smarter than that. | trader536
25/5/2021 13:51 | They can't just play the metal price peaks in the mining game. Why sit on their hands when the prices are low, when a mine startup will take them 5 years. If they had got everything in place over past 5 years they could be making good money now. | hyper al
25/5/2021 13:41 | Good one Trader | wassapper
25/5/2021 13:31 | Here's the nine years of low copper prices, this is the reason directors have been sat on their hands and preserving shareholder value. | trader536
25/5/2021 13:12 | The reason nothing has happened for the last decade is metal prices have been too low. Since 2011 copper has fallen eight out of nine years. Iron Ore has also performed poorly hence LIM ceasing production in 2013. The directors have no control over metal prices, they have managed to hold assets on care and maintenance for an extended period of time without significant dilution to investors, many small explorers have issued billions of shares through this period of low metal prices. They might be old farts but credit where credit is due. Metal prices have recovered over the last 12 months, LIM is again economically viable. I expect it to be fast tracked to production, and I expect AYM to progress Parys further over the next year or two. Patience required, you cannot build a mine in 6 months. | trader536
25/5/2021 13:08 | I would not be surprised as corporate governance not strong as demonstrated recently. I think there are still errors in report and accounts and rns's , not what you want. Also due the extended nature of the directors terms in office there is no independence in this board. They mostly also serve on LIM linked but not a subsidiary, so they have long term links outside of Anglesey. | kooba
25/5/2021 12:54 | I'm told they are getting pressure to execute an succession plan ASAP | calmtrader
25/5/2021 12:47 | Wouldnt be the first directors of a company who just can't bare to pass the baton on because it suits there persona or vanity...like to think determination to deliver but not sure on that? Doesn't mean they are right for the job..paid or unpaid. | kooba
25/5/2021 08:58 | erik - I'm not sure paying yourself nothing, or cashing in a few options once counts as a lifestyle choice. | wassapper
25/5/2021 08:34 | I just cant see anything likely to be announced in that respect anytime soon. They would not have dumped their holdings if there was a potential payday in the pipeline. IMHO. I dont think they really can be bothered to tell you the truth...its a matter of bottom draw now until a new management team is either voted or bought in. again IMHO | iglenn
25/5/2021 07:48 | What sort of price would we be looking at for a complete sale of the company?! Got to be worth multiples of current market cap.. | benjamin15
25/5/2021 06:31 | Great song...The less we say about it the betterMake it up as we go alongFeet on the groundHead in the skyIt's ok I know nothing's wrong... nothing | kooba
24/5/2021 16:59 | trader, yeah. I remember a lot and have forgotten a lot. This Company has no desire or positive energy to achieve anything other than sustaining themselves and the lifestyle they've become accustomed to. | eriktherock
24/5/2021 16:56 | You'll remember the rise to 93p on the back of LIM producing in 2011. Metal prices are far higher now. LIM will be fast-tracked to production, all infrastructure is already in place from the 2011-2014 production period. | trader536
24/5/2021 16:44 | Same plan as when I was a shareholder a few decades back. "no heartbeat" | eriktherock
24/5/2021 16:38 | They have a plan.... Anglesey Mining's intention is to develop, build and operate a producing mine at Parys Mountain, on the island of Anglesey in North Wales, to create value for shareholders in an environmentally, socially, and ethically responsible manner for the benefit of all stakeholders. | trader536
24/5/2021 16:14 | Chart indicates no heartbeat | eriktherock |
