Drop seems false, no quote available currently at advertised offer, they want 4.1p for just 25000 shares and 4.4p for 500,000.

Looks cheap circa 4p.

For those interested the company does have clear planning for mining and milling operations for metals at Parys , these permits are not up for review until 2028. What additional approval would be required to commence development i need to look at..but as the board has stated planning is in place and i believe so is local and regional support. This should make timescales to production far quicker than many prospects, the board has indicated 2 years to first ore production from finance becoming available..it is a unique situation with the geographic and logistical position. Hope it progresses. Risk reward should be a no brainer on available information,,,but can they get funding?

There was room for confusion on this.They still state directors interests after sales is just Bill Hooley and his 200k but as posted yesterday and after wassappers insistence one can see that the cfo and family does have a material interest in Juno which holds 26%..no idea why they do i not list this under directors interests because it clearly is.

Yes i have read it and have followed the shares in issue back..please look back on my posts.THEY ONLY ISSUE SHARES AT EXERCISE.They issued 3.5m resulting in the shares in issue figure.10m is a typo where they have copied in the last issue of shares the 10m from the placing . It is an error it should read 3.5 m issued...that is my point ..there are no options.I give up now..will ask the company to make corrections in the exercise announcement and the nature of transaction on the share sales.

I never said they granted 10m. I said the RNS states they were allocating 10m for future options but these had not yet been assigned. Or do you read it another way? I agree their RNSs are confusing and may even be inaccurate, but the general statement/sentiment must apply:



Application has been made for a block listing of 10,000,000 shares to be issued in respect of the company’s unapproved share option scheme and this is expected to be approved on 17 March 2021.

it is clearly stated
but i agree it would make no difference to the share count.



Application has been made for a block listing of 10,000,000 shares to be issued
in respect of the company's unapproved share option scheme and this is expected
to be approved on 17 March 2021.

Following completion of this issue and admission to listing, the issued
ordinary share capital of the company will be 225,475,732 ordinary shares of 1
pence each with voting rights; there are no shares held in treasury

I dont get where folks think they granted 10m options ? They didnt ..they issued 3.5m shares against the exercise of existing options..end of.
